So a while back I washed a jacket and found my new unused coils in a pocket. The coils were still in their case but the seal had tiny rips. Does anyone know if it’s safe to vape?

I'd treat them as used but cleanable coils. let them soak in hot water for a bit, rinse them out, let them soak again and rinse, then let them dry.
Should be fine in a day or two.

I don't know from coils but with cloth that goes around food a wash in scent free soap may help take away some of the scent before trying to rinse the rest out.
Vinegar maybe.
Pouring baking soda around it.

I have a nice glass 120ml bottle that was for soap scent I'd like to eventually use for DIY I've been airing out for years.

Everclear the liquid form of duct tape a little overnight soak for your coils a shot or six for you to help the night pass by faster

Oh yea and remember to check your pockets next time

And how, pray tell, do you know this? Lol
It went through the whole wash cycle, before I noticed it. I heard banging once it was in the dryer, and checked it out. Automatic cig-a-like with a pre-filled cartridge. The light on the battery was blinking constantly, I went outside and tossed it in the dumpster. I tried the cartridge on another battery, but all I could taste was soap.

Yes, I would try cleaning them. Personally, I'd soak them in vodka or everclear (everclear's gonna work better IMO) and then rinse thoroughly with water and let them dry out. These coils are now "used" and how they will function or for how long, I'm not sure.

It may wind up being a case of tossing every coil and washing your TANK thoroughly after a massive fail, but you'll only know once you try it.

So glad to not be a guy, given the amount of things that have emerged from my dryer from either the kid's or the husband's pants pockets. LOL.

Best of luck, hope it works out for you.

Back in my day we would boil our RN4072/801 attys and rinse with everclear and they'd be almost good as new...or they wouldn't work.

What an assumption, that I am in fact out of the kitchen LOL. There were times in my life as a household maid/runner while raising my kid, that I rather felt at times my eyebrows were going to fall off in the soup I was chained to, stirring. LOLZ.

I keep nothing in my pockets, I always and forever forget it's there, but just think a moment if every woman placed a wallet in a back pocket. Much harder to admire the view when the woman walks away....

Mainly, I like to "zone" my things. Either in their designated spot, or in my purse, so I won't forget. Believe me when I say that my purse is capable of whatever I put in there, and more. :)

I'm sure plenty of women use their pockets, but I do not. Mimimizing the places I can lose things in works rather well for me. Even if I'm hiking, I take a backpack, and often my WHOLE purse is inside. I just tell the husband I do it that way so he can keep up with me when he makes the "Anna incredulous" face. LOL.
