First I did not know of a specific forum for this so I defaulted to general I hope it doesn't bother anyone.

The reason for this situation is to use an 801 cartomizer in a tank.
My question is about the stealth 510 to 801 adapter and if i want an open or sealed center post?

Also so I know in the future, The reason for sealed or open center post in an adapter? I am thinking it is for bottom feeding atomizers? Or possibly some Cartomizers or Atomizers need this for air (odd imo). maybe for flooding like situations or something?

Thank you in advance

If you want to read more or answer some fusion related questions keep reading or else thanks for helping me with my issue

So now out of my curiosity, if you want to chime in on this i wold enjoy hearing about what you think of this, and using Fusion Cartomizers for tanks? do they really last so long? AND Still provide good vapor and flavor? I am looking for better cartomizers because the smokTech punched cartos NEVER last me much more than a week and some only a couple days and on average i vape a tank a day for me boges last about a week on average some almost two. I have not tried other cartomizers. Also i don't have a carto punch and now that so many are already being made with wholes i think it may be a waste of money right now (i don't have any un punched cartos to punch or anything either).

Also is their a difference with the 510 and the 801 version? the 510 is always sold out but i think thats because no adapter is needed and it can be flush mounted? Basically looks and more convenient? I hope its nothing to do with the vape.
Well I bet thier is at least one post devoted to fusion cartos so maybe this is not the place for this. Mainly I need to know about the correct adapter and any other information that could help me out.

Thanks again to thoes who read this part
or be like white on rice online and try my best to get some in 510? Especially since the 510 are so hard to get a hold of and their are enough 801's out their that i can actually get some. and now if the only reason the 801 is not used as often because of the looks (not flush mount AFAIK i have never tried them) or is thier any other reason other than just they have become established enough to keep a good stock of 801's and they are still making as many 510's as they can, AFAIK they are special order? I am sure thier are other threads about the Fusion so muybe this is not the place but I still need the Information about the adapter, even if i buy both i still wont know which to use and if thier is some reason why not to use one over the other ill find out the hard way. :?:

Sealed adapters don't work with auto batteries, which need air flow to close the switch.

Don't know what it's like in San Diego, but in the rest of the vaping world, 510 is the most common fitting, followed probably by ego threading. Not sure why you're finding 510 harder to get than 801.

Length of service of a carto can be partly due to the brand, but also has to do with how thick / viscous your juice is. Darker juices gunk them faster. Haven't used the ones you reference, so no help there from me

its all about the fusion cartos for some reason they are supposed to be good and for some reason they made them in 801 i dont understand that either. I am having a problem getting the 501a because they are always sold out. The 801s are in stock much more frequently therefore if i want to use a fusion carto any time soon it would have to be an 801. Thanks for the info on the center hole I have used a auto battery once in my life (a disposable Njoy i got in the mail free) and being disposable i didn't notice the carto.

I think they started making them in 801's is because only recently have they released them punched for tanks so 801s would be fine for just regular cartos for small batteries but the punched ones are what i want to try. Claiming the last 3 weeks of heavy use that puts 3 day to a week of light use on a smoketek carto to shame.
