Adapter

Hello,

Can anyone advise me? I have an eGo-W, an eGo-C & a Screwdriver Mk11. The Screwdriver came with an adapter so I am able to use the eGo-C on it. Is there an adapter available (UK preferably) to attach the eGo-W to the Screwdriver?

Hi Edward, your SDMK11 has a 901 thread & I believe you need an ego adapter to use ego-w cartos even with a 510 threaded device. Had a look around various UK suppliers & I an find 510- ego adapters, but no 901 - ego adapters.

What thread does the Ego W use? I would have thought that the adapter that you use for the Ego C would also work if it uses the internal 510 threads like the Ego C. If not, then you can use a 901 to 510 adapter and then a 510 to ego adapter but this would add some length to the connector.

Chrissie and Matt White, many thanks for your replies and efforts to help... What I just this moment discovered is that if I leave the eGo-C atomizer base and the 901 to 510 adapter on the screwdriver I can fit the eGo-W clearomiser on to the eGo-C atomizer base and it works..!

So, all sorted I think.

I thought thet Ego-W top screws onto the OUTER threads of the Ego battery right? Wow Ego-C attys must be weird.

dormouse, yes the eGo-W cartomiser screws onto the outer threads of the Ego battery.
