adaptor repair

you know with all the negitive stuff thats been said about p/s how bout somthing nice,i sent in my adaptor v2 for repair, without anything being said they had it back to me in less then a week,and not only that ,they gave me the updated v2 510 adaptor,it works perfect,this adaptor is completly different then the originals with the problem,i cant see any faults in this piece,casey thank you very much for this,i know you didnt have to do that,very nice of you guys at p/s to do this,this is the reason to stick with p/s,because with all the problems they had they still look out for there customers,and thats priceless these days,k9

Are they selling these adapters anymore?

The site won't let me select an adapter type (510 nor a 901).

I have been checking for over a month.

Didn't have to do it? You have a limited lifetime warranty so what is above and beyond here.

boy someones having a bad day eh,thats right i have a limited warranty and they replaced it for me,p/s didnt have to do that they could of keep repairing the same old thing but they replaced it with the new style,and i thought that was a nice thing to do ,sorry i hurt peoples feelings because i said something positive,everyone has the same warranty as i do ,use it ,k9frog

thats why I continue to purchase from PS.

If theres a problem, I contact them...and they have always taken great care of me.

I don't always find this in other companys.

Puresmoker has always had great customer service.

I think the adapters are definately available, just in production.
And with the floodings in the nashville area I'd say they're somewhat behind.
