It doesn't usually take 3-4 business days, but due to an overwhelming amount of people ordering at one time, it could take up to that long to get an order out. We just wanted to give a heads up incase it did take that long.

Orders generally go out same day if ordered before 10am EST and if ordered after that, they go out the next day.

Strell - as I am sure you are aware, we do add our own flavors to the bottles. We do have chocolate flavoring and can make it for you, however it will make the juice darker in color. Some people on this forum were complaining that the juice was dark, so we removed the dark flavors. If you are fine with it being a darker juice, then yes we can add chocolate flavoring for you

Ooh, that sounds great! Is there a problem (other than aesthetic) with dark juice?

We can talk here. We had some issues with our last supplier, and people were complaining about lack of throat hit as well as darker juice. So, we changed our supplier, to get a throat hit, and now the juice is not dark in color. However, when we add dark flavors (coffee, chocolate etc) it does compromise the color of the juice, but does not affect the throat hit or the nicotine content.

On the other hand, we do not carry 0 nicotine anymore.

Honestly, we went with what sold more when we ordered from over seas. Majority ruled. We rarely got orders of 0 nicotine.

That's cool and makes sense. I know how hard it is to kick nicotine, but I'm always surprised by how few people here are even interested in moving to 0 nic. Thank you for all the answers - I'll definitely refer your site to our friends that still want some nicotine in their liquid.

I just placed my first order with Addiction ejuice. I placed my order at 12:47 am EST last night and at 1:04 am EST I received a personal email from Des stating that my stuff would be shipped out today (Saturday). That is what I call customer service. It's the middle of the durned night on a Friday for the love of God. I will, of course, post again once I receive the goods and try them out, but I have high hopes. Everyone seemed to agree that their juice had plenty of bang for the buck in regards to flavor and they've now addressed the lack of throat hit. I have high hopes, I do. For now, I can at least give their customer service two big thumbs up.
