adding profile pic

hello, how do you put a pic on your profile. and how do you get the no smoking banner (avoided 2,455 analogs, etc, etc)

I think you need 15+ posts to get a signature banner. When you get there just click on one that you like and fill in the info, copy the BB code, go to your settings section and copy the code to signature settings.
