Adding VG

Looking for some advise about adding VG . I have some 24mg all PG bottles and want to do 2 things - reduce the nic level and add VG as I'm liking my PG/VG juices. Can I just go to the parmacy, get some USP glycerin, add it in, shake it up and be good to go?

I understand the flavor will degrade, that's OK. Also, how much VG to add to the current 30ml of 24mg to bring it down to 18mg?

I'm nothing of a DYIer, but I just wanted to confirm for you that you can buy USP glycerin at Walmart. Humco brand for about $3.00. It's near the pharmacy where they sell lotions and such.

I don't know about mixing amounts, but I would suggest mixing in small amounts of VG and stepping up if need be, for I have significantly changed the nature of a couple of juices by adding too much, and not for the better. My Dekang Kamel became very 'ashtray' tasting when I put too much VG in it. Just go slowly. I'd suggest making small 3ml batches for testing instead of trying to adjust a whole 30ml bottle. I'm sure some of the vets will chime in and be more helpful.

Not expecting much, as with the loss of flavor I am expecting the batch may go south.

I've been using the Walmart glycerin talked about above for over 1 year now, have gone through about 3 bottles of it and it does the job just fine for me. Good luck!!
