Adding VG

Hi, I posted this in another forum but then saw this DIY section, so reposting it here -

Looking for some advise about adding VG . I have some 24mg all PG bottles and want to do 2 things - reduce the nic level and add VG as I'm liking my PG/VG juices. Can I just go to the parmacy, get some USP glycerin, add it in, shake it up and be good to go?

I understand the flavor will degrade, that's OK. Also, how much VG to add to the current 30ml of 24mg to bring it down to 18mg?

Add 10 ml VG and you get 40 ml of 18mg 75PG/25VG joose.

Yes, you can get VG at your pharmacy, Wal-Mart and such. Make sure it's USP marked.

you can find it like above poster said at Walmart..looks like this and is usually found in the first aid part of the pharmacy or can also be found in the skin care section

I just wasn't sure whether the new mix would have to be heated or something. And, it's good to know that adding 25% vg reduces the pgnic by 25% - easy shmeezy i guess.

Just getting started on learning about DIY.
