Adding water to VG

So now that I've figured out PG doesn't agree with me (at least in the ratio in the ejuices), I seem to be doing ok with VG in a 50/50 mix with PG based ejuices.

Can I add distilled water? It seems too thick. If so, how much do I add? I also don't want to burn out my atomizers prematurely.

For a 50/50 PG/VG mix I would thin the VG about 5-10% before adding it to the mix. So you'll end up with 2.5-5% in your final mix. If it still seems too thick you can go up to 10-20% (giving you 5-10% in your final mix.)
