Got a EHpro KFL+ clone from texas select vapor. I'm having trouble getting it to connect correctly with my MVP2. I noticed on the texas select website that this clone has an adjustable center pin. So is this true? If I unscrew the center pin will it help the connection with the MVP2. I'm concerned that that will loosen the parts on the deck. Any input is always appreciated.

you must take out and remove the center pin(contact screw) before removing the base or risk breaking the actual center pin. the center pin holds the positive block down to the head. the contact screw is adjustable and can be made longer or shorter without removing the base. i learned the hard way and broke the pin on my first kayfun. lucky i found a replacement on ebay for $5. you will want to remove the base to clean inside it and especially the center pin. that is where air enters and where machine oil flavor ruins whatever juice you have in the tank. there are kayfun manuals online that will help you identify all the parts and get them back together properly. once the contact screw is out you should be able to unscrew the base easily and access the center pin. good luck

the russian is a little different from the kayfun. especially if you have adjustable air flow.
