adjustable TH on AGA-T + needs a lil help

ive done a lil reading on the AGA-T+ about the adjustable TH...should i move the airhole left or right? im a lil confused...ive done both i get more TH doing so but i lose a lot of vapor production...is this a give and take relationship? if so id rather stick with more vapor lol...let me know what you guys think..thanks!
