You can't really adjust the draw on the 510. You can try to make the air holes on the side a little bigger with a drill. It's possible that the vents on the threaded end weren't cut right. Try another atomizer and see if the draw is any better.

Debridging will never fix the draw on an atomizer. I don't recommend de-bridging because it's my experience that it doesn't make a bit of difference in the flavor or vapor production, leads to leaking and you can ruin a completely good atty if you don't do it correctly. Atomizers are very fickle. Damage anything inside and it's bye-bye atty!

Try loosening it about 1/4 turn from the battery.
However I would suspect, being as it is a new atty, that it is clogged with primer underneath the coil cup. A good alcohol bath will normally solve that. (it may have come over on a real slow boat from China)

I debridge all my atties before I ever use them, simply because that's when it's the easiest. But, the reason to debridge is to eliminate the taste of a burned wick. So many only remove the wick that is under the bridge, and others wait until they have actually burned the wick. The nice part is that it's your party, and you can do it any way you like.

Funny tho' normal for me is to have a new atty that is to airy, and I'm constantly getting out a small o-ring to partially cover the air slots so that the draw will be a little stiffer.
