Since your real claim to fame is WTA, I guess the most obvious title would be something like "Aromaejuice.com, your source for quality American made WTA eliquid".  That's probably too long but whatever.  My guess is there's a ton of people who have heard of WTA, want to try some, but have no idea where to get it.
I think your introductory post could be chockfull of information (and disclaimers!) and of course make no specific claims - but you know that.
Then whatever happens happens.  You could announce sales and specials, run contests, let users chat it up.  I've seen a lot of tactics suppliers use to keep their thread bumped to the top, and sometimes they just let it die out for awhile when they run out of stock or just get tired of selling stuff. 

I think a cool promotion would be to give a first-time buyer a little extra discount or a free bottle of normal juice or something.  I don't know how you'd identify a first-time buyer, though.
I don't know.  All of these things are business decisions only you can make.  I just posted the initial question because I've wondered if there was a reason you hadn't taken advantage of it.  Some suppliers don't.
