Mail should be running soon and my stone's on its way. I'm new to the whole ce2 thing. The only tank experience I have is with the ego-t line.

So! First question is: How much juice should I initially put into it to break it in? Or does it matter?

The juice I intend on using is a 70pg/30vg 24mg nic juice, not really a sweet one. :vapor:

My biggest advice, as always with the vision line, lol is to make good and sure that the cup seal is firmly in place with the wick slits neatly lined up with the wicks. And for stone in particular, make certain the cup seal stays lined up when you screw the top on. You may want to lubricate the bottom of the top with a bit of the juice before putting it on. Something I find helpful, is for the first fill, put a drop of juice or two directly on the coil before assembling and vaping. Either that or let it sit for a bit to make sure the wicks are completely saturated.

Good luck with your new purchase!

Are there any videos around for this cup seal thingy? I have a stone on the way too and I do not want to mess it up!

I think that the cup seal is the silicone thing that covers the top of the coil and has two little notches that sit over the tops of the wicks, right? Has a little nipple that the drip tip slides onto?

It seems to be sitting on it properly. Now that I've broken it in, I've found that having it fullish is best because I don't have to tilt it much. When it gets lower, and I do have to tilt it, I have to be careful which way because only one side wicks.

I feel kinda bad about asking so many of these questions because it shows how little I know about these things and their parts lol. Wish there was a diagram somewhere!

Still, thank you all so much for your help on this thread and on the Stone II announcement thread.

I know, all these pieces and parts REALLY should come with instructions! I don't know how people survive who don't have ECF.

Bonny has it exactly right. I think there is a video on gotvapes somewhere, but to be honest, once you have it in your hand it will be pretty easy to see. It is simply KNOWING to look there that is important. One of those, duh moments, lol.

And never feel bad about asking questions, everyone has to do it at some point. Once upon a time I was the one asking the question, now I get to be the one who answers. Just the way it works.
