Hello All,

I am currently using IPv4S with Kanger submini tank. would like to seek experience vapers on my situation, not dire but its just irritating.

So when i just re-wick the tank, and vape. It gives off a crackling sound (yes I'm vaping something sweet) and it feels good. For me, when i just re-wick i will vape at about 11J then move up to 20J slowly.

Here is the issue, the next day when i go back in the morning to vape, i don't get the same taste anymore, in fact when i vape at 15J it gives off a burnt smell or a very dry hit on my throat. Lowering it to 10J helps but my throat don't feel "full"...as a result i dumped it one side and took my analog.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

this part i have absolutely no clue, its the default ones in the 0.5 ohms atty
I believe those are not temp control wires... Please do your basic homework and read up about temp control, power modes, wires etc...
And if you're using the 0.5 occ... How are you 're-wicking'? Are you dismantling and rebuilding the occ?

I just want to mention, please learn how temperature limiting works. Non tc wires can work in tc mode due to it not changing resistance hence providing constant wattage, the other way round is not advisable I.e tc wire in power mode.
As heat increase resistance, the voltage has to increase to support the set power.
Back to topic, most likely issue of gunking and probably initial burnt cotton.

Precisely why i am asking for advice no?

Basically 2 ways of vaping. Using kanthal/Nichrome and vape at wattage mode, and using Ni200/Ti for temperature control mode. You should NOT mix them up and use them. Like Ni200 for Wattage mode!

Pls do read the manual, or see YouTube reviews on the device on the usage and use accordingly, as using the wrong wire for the wrong mode may yield unpleasant results..

You also need to provide more details initially, like coil types, mode, power etc so we can know better what may have gone wrong..

Btw I did not mention SS wires as I am not familiar with it..
