I was thinking that or betelguese. I never get tired of betelguese I can vape it all day every day. Or crème brulee. decisions decisions. lol.

I'll have my BG, CB, CLS, RC, Doodle and more Virus tonight. I can't wait to try the new ones I haven't tried yet. Going to be hard to steep so I bought 100ML of virus so I can vape some and steep some lol. So BG is your favorite?

I'd say go with a fruit flavored, beetleguise or gravity. The bakery flavors dont reach full potential on the lower watts at kayfuns, they really shine thru on drippers. I have tried all NT flavors extensively at different watts and devices and the conclusion is fruits and Creme Brulee at around 9-13 watts are best in kayfuns.

lol. Well I also got raz cup in the mail so part of me wants to rip into that baby! I honestly have been thinking about this since I posted lol. My conclusion - have betelguese filled to the top in a nautilus and the flavors really good in that. Part of me now is leaning towards the virus but who knows....I could always do anther tank of betelguese. Or raz cup!!! But does that need to steep? This is my first "buildable" tank so I'm sure I will have some experimenting to do. Does anyone use silica for coils or prefer cotton? Also, does anyone know how or how often to clean it? I know with protanks I throw them in vodka just didnt' know if you did the same thing with the kayfun.

I wouldn't put such a special short run in a brand new topper. You may want to drip Razcup first and get a feel for it and then let it go into a steep with occasional dripping sessions. Clark said this one pays off big time with a deep steep. To clean it just rinse it well in hot water and add a little dish soap if it's really oily. You can soak it in vodka as an alternative.

Thanks everyone! Always so helpful. I just ran to home depot and got my drill bits so I am REALLY hoping there's nothing I forgot lol. Now just waiting on fedex.

What type of coil you looking at building? Also like CA said, try to avoid limited runs when trying out new tanks, would be a travesty if it all leaked out.

I don't own a kayfun nor have I worked with one but a good general rule of thumb is to take new attys apart and wash them with soap and hot water. This should remove any leftover machine oil (which DOES NOT vape well).

I agree with taki. My authentic KFL+ was pretty clean, but my two clones were disgustingly dirty when they arrived and you could definitely taste the oils for a tank or two, even after washing it. Make sure to take a q-tip and clean out the drip tip. The drip tips in the two clones were so dirty, they turned the q-tips black.

The flavor that really came alive in the KF first for me (and I'm talking OMG improvement from a PTII) was Grandma's Cinnamon Danish. My fingers felt sticky after experiencing it in full glory. I did get there later with the right coil in the PT with advice from the reigning queen of GCD, but that is a great liquid to try in a KF.

it's an authentic one. I'm not sure on coils. I'm thinking of doing 28 gauge on either silica or doing a microcoil with cotton. Since I haven't used either before, I really don't know which is better or what I would like better. Anyone have thoughts?

I use 28g around a 5/64 drill bit. Love micro coils and organic cotton. Where did you get an authentic KFL from?
