Advice needed.

i just got an Innokin itaste Kroma with the recess for the tank.

The tank it came with is a 2ml Slipstream and I'm refilling it 4-5 times a day.

I need to know the biggest tank I can get with a 21mm diameter, I've tried google but it just gives me thousands of posts about anything related to biggest tanks and doesn't bother about the diameter.

I've tweeted and emailed Innokin but absolutely no response in a week, I've asked on multiple vaping sites and social media but no response other than repetitive comments that the kit includes an adapter, I'm not blind I can see there is an adapter fcs lol When I politely repeat as stated in my posts I'm after a tank that fits in the hole I know about the adapter and the adapter sucks giant hairy balls, if you screw it in properly tight the battery says the atomiser is shorted besides I bought the battery because of the recess so I want tanks that fit it.

Summary I need to know the best and biggest tanks I can get with a 21 mm diameter and I need to know before the tobbaco companies designed and financed TPD bill makes selling and buying them illegal. Preferably white to match the battery.

Innokin don't do customer service they are aholes won't respond to polite emails and tweets asking to buy more stuff from them!!

Tried your site, didn't work. I type in 21 mm tank and I get tanks with 21 mm glass but overall 22 or 23 mm. Frustrating.

They most likely did the 21mm knowing that most other tanks are usually 22mm and above. However, eleaf has a gs-air-tank 4ml that is 19mm in diameter. That would probably fit but with a little room left over.
Here is an example of one. I just picked a vendor that I have bought from in the past, no affiliation at all. There are other vendors too that have this model....like discount vapers.

Not sure the Nautilus X will fit on your pico. Picos can hold up to 23mm. Check the diameter of the x.

I also want to mention that the message from your battery actually means there is no connection between the adapter and the 510 post in the battery. This can be solved in a couple of ways if you want.
Look at where the adapter connection is --the part that is suppose to connect to battery. Sometimes it has a slit through the middle that looks like a screw would( a place to fit a screw driver). You could try a couple of turns to lower the pin but don't pull it out that could cause failure. You may have to try it a couple of times to get it to work. It isn't exactly a screw per se, but acts like one. You could also try you finger nail or end of a file to gently lift up on it, extending it a bit. Then you may have to do the same with the actual tank that fits on the adapter. Try this method first. If that fails, then,


You can gently lift the 510 pin in the battery itself being careful to not pull it out. Be sure to take the batteries out or at least turn it off first. Use a very small screw driver or a paper clip to gently lift one side then the other.

I always try to do the battery 510 pin last after I have tried on the adapters and/or the 510 pin on the tank. Those are much cheaper to replace than the mod itself. If you accidently pull the 510 pin out of the mod, be sure to put it back in. You always want to treat it with kid gloves because you don't want to pull the wire connections. That would make your mod useless.

Kanger Subtank Nano or the v1 or v2?

Decent starter kit for Kanger Subtank. However the nano is the smallest and holds the least in ejuice.
