That's kind of a subjective question and fodder for many heated debates around here. The Provari is about the coolest thing I've seen, but it's expensive.

What are you looking for in an e-cig? Massive vapor? Good throat hit? Long battery life? Long periods of vaping without filling up with juice? Warm/hot vaper? Cooler vaper? Mild throat hit? and so on.

Everyone is different so the best one is the one that's best for you.

But there is one problem .... it is only through the grace of Mamu that you get one.

What you will find is that most of the truly great mods are in the hands of those that made them (and sometimes in the hands of their close friends)

the Darwin and the ProVari are the top of the line, cost is no problem units out there...both in the near 300bux range...if I have to pick one, it would probably be the Darwin because it is slimmer and doesn't look like a sex toy...and 'cause wvwin loves 'em.........

wooah! thats rad!! beautiful. So how can one get into Mamu's good graces? lol

Who knows if she will build any more "Merlin's". Right now she has a contest going on another forum for this.

The "Denali" is a large 2x 18650 mod.

Mamu is a very talented moder, and has advanced PV designs a great deal.
The nice thing is that she shares her work with others which has led to several of the really great mods that you can buy.
For instance, so far she has only finished one Denali, and she has already put the wiring diagram of it out there for everyone to use if they wish.

After crunching some numbers and realizing what I have dropped in just the last 5 years of smoking, I realized that I have some wiggle room to drop into this. I am still without as much as a single craving for a traditional cigarette and would really like a very good system. The Jessy is nice and delivers a very nice hit as well as the adjustable levels, but I would like a really nice system. I guess I want to buy myself a gift to celebrate a healthier habit.

as stated Provari and Darwin both top of the line and two of the most exp mods out there. Provari having the safety feature (for me) sold me on it...it wont let you apply more volts than your atty or carto can handle. by default helping you from destroying atties and cartos with inappropriate power and saving you money by not having to replace them as often.
