So yeah this is getting on my nerves. The aerotank airflow-control base gets flooded every few hours with juice apparently leaking under the atomizer and I'm not sure how to remedy this. I always make sure to seat the coil properly so it's not crooked and tighten it well, I also re-tighten it if needed after a refill. I vape gently and the airflow is open all the way. And of course I make sure the tank is reasonably topped off.

I've been thinking of putting a tiny o-ring under the atomizer to seal it better, but this probably will prevent the atty from screwing down properly. Any thoughts? I'm not really used to flooding issues as my Mini Protank 3 had zero issues with it unless I draw on it really, really hard.

The coils I use are the enclosed wick coils by the way.

I don't know why, but when my wife fills her own tank she somehow manages to partly unscrew the coil. That causes her's to flood occasionally. Otherwise, no clue as mine does do that...
I'm familiar with that issue. Sometimes the coil gets unscrewed entirely when taking the tank off. But I always make sure to re-tighten the coil after refilling the tank, so that's not it.

Just a little follow-up to this. I put a tiny bit of cotton around the coil in the liquid well, and so far things are looking extremely well. Vapor production has increased considerably and no liquid has seeped into the airflow base yet!
Thanks a LOT!!! Works perfectly with Kanger Aerotank and Pro 2. You are a GENIUS! I'm using a very dark juices w/o a problem. And another benefit of this method is saving a battery life. I have to dial down the voltage w/o loosing a vapor/taste production.
Thanks again!
