Aesthetic and Flavor: Specific Questions

Hello hello,

Boy, I sure hope I can get proper answers to this in the newbie's section...
Here goes!

First, I really want an e-cigarette that looks like a Hunter S. Thompson cig-in-a-holder. Is there anything like that out there? Is it "moddable?" I just love the look of it and want to maintain it as I switch to e-smoking.

Secondly, I'm not really big on Camel and Marlboro, and I don't like candy-flavored tobacco. Are there any flavors out there that are like Pall Mall, or really strong Turkish/Oriental tobacco - you know, any of the really good stuff, not your average pack-a-day cigarettes but something a little more special?

Funny you mention the Hunter Thompson-style cigarette holder. I was thinking earlier what a cool mod that could be, and maybe a way to use a bigger battery a la SD and other mods without looking so clunky. Have to find out if anyone makes loooong batteries or carts, lol.

Hey, that's a cool idea, then it wouldn't be just cosmetic.

If somebody shows me a model or a mod to that end, I'll switch to e-cigarettes. Until then...

Rule of thumb: the more it looks like the real thing the worse the performance will be. There is a reason why so many members like manual switch PV's over auto switch PV's.

If you're only looking for the cosmetic value, I wouldn't think it would be too hard to make your cig holder fit into the end of a cartridge and smoke your e-cig that way. The vape would probably be cold though.

Have you looked at some of the wood grain pen style models? I saw one on a site (can't remember which) that reminded me a lot of what you're talking about, it wasn't exact but it was damn close. I'm thinking about buying one.

If you want a pretty e-cig with great power and that's kinda longer than a penstyle, go to FreshSmoking Home page, I LOVE my Emperor M201 that I bought from them in Burgundy. Hey, thanks for the tips guys. This Eastmall place has tons of interesting-looking flavors (cigar, French pipe, turkish, etc.)

I think that a white-colored e-cig with a black base and a small bit might work - but it's still tough to get much of an idea of how long they are. Specifically I'm considering the "Pen Style DSE801."

I'm going to search around and see what kind of reviews I can find for that.

The DSE-801 is 155mm from led to tip of mouthpiece. I just measured the one I'm vaping with. I love the amount of vapor, but it took a little getting used to after analogs. I started with the 901 and moved to the 801 which lasts longer.

The EastMall special on e-liquid is until the end of May. Buy 100ml get 2 20ml bottles free. The more you buy the more you get free. FYI - Ruyan direct actually has a better regular price and lower shipping. Bestecig also has a good price, but higher shipping.
