If 6 months ago someone told you, "It may cost you a few bucks, but I know a way I can make you stop smoking for six months before you have your next cigarette." You would of taken that deal for sure! Don't be discouraged, think of all the cigs you have avoided and will avoid because of vaping, not how many you do have. A

I work with a lady who quit smoking 25 years ago. She liked to go outside with me on my smoke breaks (before I started vaping) because she said she still enjoyed the smell of it. I've also had long-time quit people say they still want a cigarette about every day. I'm wondering if this is true even if we're vaping. I think of a cigarette at least once a day, even though I an 100% vaping right now, and still enjoy the smell of them.

After 4 months, I find I still enjoy a cig now and then. I refuse to feel guilty about it. Instead of a pack a day, I've bought one pack since February and still have a few left. When I get cravings, I up my nic level. I now have options and am not a slave to BT. Put those 19 cigs in a drawer in the garage, and save 'em for that day when you're home alone, crack a beer and say, "What the hell." But if you think you're not strong enough, throw 'em out.
