AG 126 charger with 18350 batteries (LED question)

So I just got my 18350 batteries in today with the AG 126 charger from madvapes.

Anyways, theyve been in for like 4 hours now and the led is green but I get a red flash every 3 seconds....

Are they charged yet? its green then a quick flash of red then green again...??

Anyone know?

Green means it's charged. The quick red flash is the charger checking the voltage to make sure it's still charged.
