Question about the AG-126 charger?

Hey Hoog!

Will the AG-126 multi charger charge 16340/rcr123A 3.0v batteries safely?

Been charging mine for a couple of months now....so far so good.

Ok someone told me it could blow up the batteries if I did unless it has a switch to change the voltage from 3.7 to 3 but I thought I had read that it switched voltages automatically.

There's 2 different kinds of CR2 batteries.. Ones that are native 3.0 volts. I think maybe Tenergy and sony make some but I'm sure there are others..

The other style is a regular 4.2 volt li-ion cell with it's output regulated down to 3 volts. This type is typical of ultrafire and trustfire batteries and will work great on the AG-126 but the native 3.0 volt will not..

Yes, they are a 4.2 li-ion battery with the output regulated down to 3 volts..
