hello

does anyone know if aga-t has voltage drop issues for the negative connection. the reason why i'm asking is that when i try and connect the 2 endcaps ( the ones holding the tank ) with a copper wire, i immediately notice a boost in vape and th. unfortunately i can only do this from the outside holding the wire with my hands, but the increased performance is very noticeable. so any thoughts?

i noticed a .3-.4 voltage drop something i expected with an affordable rba. i compensated by lowering my resistance. i use a pure mechanical setup at .7-.8 ohms and love the way it performs.

this issue has nothing to do with your aga-t, but with your mechanical device itself. what mod are you using, and do you know the material used to make the +/- connections? you also said that you had a better vape when you touched the connection with a copper wire, this is true. the copper increased the conductivity of your device, thus reducing the voltage drop. So i'm pretty sure your connections are are at least brass or brass which is coated with something. You can find someone who can upgrade the pins of your mech to copper, or even silver, to greatly increase conductivity and also increase in performance. or you could try buying a high end mechanical with at least copper pins, and you could tell the difference from your mod now. Silver is even better, but the difference is not the great.

thanks for the reply everyone. it seems i wasn't clear about what i wanted to say and thats my fault. just to clarify i don't have any issues with the battery i'm using, or the connection betwen the battery and atomizer. so let's leave the battery apart. now the aga-t is performing very well and everything is fine, but you know how it is, why not have that extra 0.01 percent increase in performance and th.
se let's explain again what i did. i connected the 2 parts holding the tank and immediately noticed an increased th and vapor production.

this is the first time i have heard of anyone doing this, why did you ? is this a way to check efficiency or something?

Contact issue. Disassemble completely and clean.

this is precisely why i made this thread. i know that the ground contact in the aga clear tank is in the center post and that in the aga stainless tank the ground is the whole body. i wanted to know if this was something isolated in my case or if others are experiencing it too.
It's a gradual decline in performance as the tank gets gunked up. Cleaning is it's maintenance, so you are not alone, not any unusual case. Higher resistance and/or loss of volts are it's indicators.
