Hi, I just got my first AGA T2 in the mail this week, Have had some success with stainless steel wick and wrapping the coil, after a few hours of trial & error and many hours of videos on youtube. Seems I am getting a decent vape after a few primer puffs, decent flavor, decent cloud. Seems way to airy. Takrs all my breathe to get a good vape. Read somewhere to enlarge the airhole. Did that to 1/16th inch. Still seems really airy.

My wick was @2 1/2" before rolled of 400 mesh.
32 ga Kanthal. 4 wraps.

vaping 50/50 juice on smoktech Natural.

Any suggestions what I might be doing wrong?

If you thought it was airy before you drilled the airhole out, then why did you drill it larger?? Really hard to figure out what could be wrong if no pics posted, it could be numerous things, coil spacing, tightness to wick, hot legs, hot spots, truly unknown without a pic to see.

Suggestion from another thread here on ECF. See Below.

Dang Qorax

I really hope you give your AGA another shot, and are able to get it sorted.

I too drilled my airhole out to 1/16th in and contrary to logic the draw seems less airy, maybe because the added airflow helps produce an even thicker vapor. Also I will second what BJ43 said about giving them time to break in. The few SS wicks I've wrapped up have performed great but not until, at the earliest, the second tank full of juice.
