That's a great price. I paid $30 for mine with a similar glass tank thrown in at Discount Vapors.
I would recommend getting additional wire, and possibly more mesh. What came in my kit was really inadequate.
what the heck, i paid 10 bucks for an 11x12 sheet of stainless mesh and ESV has 12x12 for 4.99!

Was looking into one myself, maybe 2 since I'm too impatient to wait for the local folks to get 'em, but one of the local offers has bigger air holes bored in the cap and I like to vape a variety of flavors.
If you find one for the $30 price range, lemme know.
