I was roaming around on some juice sites and saw one that sold sweeteners and one of the selections was agave nectar. It was 9:1 PG:Agave ratio. I havent been vaping long but this is the first time I have seen acave nectar used as a sweetener in juices.

How well does it sweeten compared to the other options? I like to stay away from as many man-made chemicals as I can although it's impossible to to totally avoid some. But for me the more natural the better.

Thoughts? Comments?

From Wikipedia:
To produce agave nectar from the Agave tequiliana plant, juice is expressed from the core of the agave, called the piña.[2] The juice is filtered, then heated to hydrolyze polysaccharides into simple sugars. The main polysaccharide is called inulin or fructosan and comprises mostly fructose units. The filtered, hydrolyzed juice is concentrated to a syrupy liquid, slightly thinner than honey, from light- to dark-amber depending on the degree of processing

Agave nectar consists primarily of fructose and glucose. One source gives 92% fructose and 8% glucose; another gives 56% fructose and 20% glucose. These differences presumably reflect variation from one vendor of agave nectar to another

I would say if you don't want to put sugar into your atty, it's a no go. You might as well break out the honey or table sugar, it would be cheaper and be basically the same thing. It all will caramelize on your atty.
