Ah vape mail!!!

Alright so I got some vape mail from RTD (batt's for a mini I got coming and wire), and also got a tumbled raw a day early that I got off the classies. The tumbled was suppose to be for a friend of mine.....that is until I saw what they look like polished. Only problem is (and I got it cheap because of it). It has the screw going through the top delrin piece inside stripped out. Any easy solutions for fixing it? It doesn't seem to affect function but still will bother me long term. And of course the obligatory pics for you reonauts.

The stripped threads can be repaired two ways I can think of: Liquid metal, drill, new threads or TIG weld, drill, new threads.
You could also glue in a "Gewindestab" (basically a screw without head) and use a nut to fix the delrin piece. You might have to mod the delrin a bit to accomodate for the nut.

But it's always best to wait for Robert to chime in with those things.

Yep gonna head down and buy some mothers mag polish as per Della in another thread. I really had every intention of giving it to a friend but that polished up looks amazing. And I have one other plan in store for it that some of you will love.

I can make a insert that will slip over the center divider that will hold the delrin inert in place . The down side is I will need the mod to modify the divider .

Rob if every company owner was as awesome as you are there would be no need for a negative review section!!! I may give a whirl at an idea a friend had if not I got another mod that will be headed to you for repairs next week and I'll send this one as well.
