I want to love this vendor's juice so, SO bad, I really do.
I try to keep my expectations low regardless of how highly a juice/vendor is rated b/c I am nearly always disappointed (apparently I am as picky/finnicky about ejuice as I am food *sigh*).
Still, with everything I've read about Ahlusion, I couldn't help but be hopeful...

I'm not giving up yet, I promise I'm not.
But @ the 2 week mark after receiving my first order, I'm just not feeling the love.

Not sure if someone can help me please. I love Ahlusion. This is my first time trying their tobacco ejuice. I received Smooth criminal on Friday. It just doesn't taste or smell good. I never tried it before so I can't compare it anything. Is this one of these e juices that needs several weeks to steep?

For me that one is 6-8 weeks. It's not at all the same at that point. Try it every two weeks and note the differences.

I had an experience similar to Mr.Mann with Boba's Bounty and Gorilla Juice: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...eone-who-has-waited-forever.html#post10170826 God, am I glad I didn't dump all of it because those two moved into my A list after a few weeks.

I'd happily buy misterholidayhouse's order if I didn't already have 30ml bottles of most of what he has. But also, I highly discourage any interested lurkers from ever buying 30ml bottles of liquids you haven't yet tasted. That's what the sample sizes are for. Go light, see what works and go from there. Keep in mind too that people recommend things because we love them and want others to share that satisfaction. No one is trying to swindle anyone, it's all legitimate love for these liquids.
Nice review, thanks!

Got my juices on Friday. Sweet Georgia Peach, Cocoa Blend , Strawberry Vanilla Cake. Cocoa Blend and Strawberry I love off the bat no steeping although I am letting Cocoa and Sweet Georgia Peach steep anyway. Sweet Georgia peach was rough when I first tried it in my IGO-w not a bad taste but very strong tobacco however I did load it in my AGA before I put the bottle away to steep. Went to work the next Day with my RSST full of Strawberry Vanilla Cake which is just a great vape came home and picked up my AGA and was surprised Sweet Georgia peach had mellowed out in the tank it sit in for a day really smooth pleasant peach tobacco(Not Peach Flavor) didn't even taste the same at all so I def am going to let it sit for a bit more.

Those flavored aromatics don't change that quickly. Your expectations changed!

Also -- for everyone talking about steeping the AROMATICS -- the only thing that changes with time is that the complementary flavors get weaker. The cherries, peaches, cocoa, vanilla and maple all fade. I stopped buying more than I can vape in a month. They're still good, but not as bright and snappy.

The NON-aromatics DO need to steep, if you want to taste the tobacco In full flower. To me the only exception to that is Sahara. That one does change a lot over time, but I like it both ways. The rest are just too sweet and syrupy till a month or two (Smooth C) or three (Desperado) go by.

I didn't like Ahlusion tobaccos much till I understood this. And there are some I still don't really care for, steeped or not (Vecchio, Gold Rising).

Had to pop in and say I received Pineapple Cream in the mail today, and although I didn't care much for the other 4 flavors I tried, this juice is incredible. Absolutely packed with real pineapple flavor with a creamy, subtle undertone. This is one of my flat- out all time favorites atm, I highly recommend it!
It tastes juicy!

What did you order, if you don't my asking?

Cherry Cola - this one was pretty spot on
Pink Label - maybe it's a bad batch, i don't know, but this was beyond awful - tasted like burnt something
Smooth Criminal - strong cinnamon flavor here, which isn't my favorite, and something metal-like at the end
Strawberry Vanilla Cake - more like Strawberry Plastic Cake
Tiramisu - good, not mind-blowing but good

I have yet to try:
Blueberry Vanilla Cake
Cafe au Lait
Chocolate Cream

10ml of each @18mg, all pg/vg mixes as recommended on site - i.e., 50pg/50vg except Pink Label (0/100)

Smooth Criminal - do you mean ground cinnamon or "red hot candy" cinnamon? Don't think I've read cinnamon being associated with SC. Will also be curious to see your opinion on Cafe au lait.

Both are arriving around Wednesday for me.

Smooth Criminal was not love at first vape for me. It was so different from anything I had vaped up to that point. After 2-3 mls of it, I started to appreciate it more and more. Now, I don't want to be without it. I think I'm on my 3rd or 4th 30 ml. bottle of it. I just loaded my Protank with it now-Yum!

Do you vape it right out of the mail, or allow steep time before starting the bottle?

Tell me about Cherry Cola, I'm very curious about this one.

I'm in Ga too!

It's a subtle flavor with a nice balance of spice, sweet, and cherry. Nothing over powering...just balanced. I do recommend steeping for at least a week. I can vape this all day and not get sick of it. The only draw back (as with any sweet juice like this) is that it can gunk up coils and wicks (or cartos) fairly quickly.

Blue Grass Burley, Day Two: First time I've gone an entire work day and not wanted an analog. This is the first tobacco e-juice I've found that "works" for me. YMMV - Taste is subjective, of course.

Up next in my rotation: Smokin' Cherries and Vurley

Okay, you convinced me....I'll add it to my next order.

SC wasn't for me either at first; I had to let it work on me for about a week. Now it will be in my daily rotation for a long time to come.

I do detect cinnamon notes to it, I get that. It's not red hot candy cinnamon - it's like a subtle touch of the spice, but definitely there for me. Also, I detect honey and graham cracker-ish notes. This juice truly does change over time. The complexity builds, the stronger notes balance out, and the tobacco becomes more prevalent to me. This is coming from someone who 1) is not a tobacco aficionado, I am merely chasing that ADV that will get me totally off analogs, for the most part. But, in this process, I am finding I really do enjoy the taste of tobaccos. 2) I was an avid "I'm not waiting for juice to steep" vaper my first 2 months in. I scoffed at AiV for needing to steep, and even refused to order (okay, that lasted about a month before I caved in and got more Pear Ship). But, people were right, some juices just need it. So, at this point, I'm doing like Mann mentioned and ordering a month or 2 ahead of time, so that I can have what I want ready when that time comes. It's a pain, but, it's better than smoking.

It's possible you might not enjoy these, but please double check your coils/heads. I have never tasted anything remotely bad in any Ahlusion juice. Metal, burnt, plastic -- all these terms seriously sound like a hardware failure.

Order arrived today:

Cool Blend - something new that Wlad prepared for me.
Coconut Dream
Boba Tea Coconut
Car-Mal Mambo
Orient Whisper
Cherry Cola

When an order with new flavors arrives, I drip through the assortment (IGO-L), setting aside bottles I suspect will benefit from steeping, and arranging those that I'm ready for right away to put in my seven ProTanks. I set none aside for steeping this time. Triage was tough, because I only had three empty tanks at the time. Every last liquid was begging for the tank treatment (sure, I'm aware that some people prefer dripping, but for me nothing displays true flavor like the ProTank). I got around to going with Cool Blend first -- blowing gargantuan clouds as I type. I'm not sure if this is Wlad mixing based on the feedback I've been sending or a brand new flavor, but I've found yet another Ahlusion ADV. The closest comparison is Cool River Tree Blend, which as a one-time menthol smoker, I love. Mild and natural minty-ness (a far cry from cough medicine crap) blended with a savory-sweet base, is the best I can come up with. As always, the balance is brilliant, and the menthol and satisfying savoriness and sweet bits work in harmony. What it definitely isn't is a jumble of jarringly competing notes.
