I visited their brick and mortar for the first time on Friday. I tried a bunch of flavors, but do you guys have any recommendations on 'must tries'? And also, rubbing it in again because it never gets old I AM A MILE AWAY!!! *puffs on her tiramisu and strawberry vanilla cake* hehe

If you're a mile away you should be giving us recommendations... ;)

So, what flavors have you tried so far?

I think that was written when tanks meant carto tanks. And from my experience, it's true; I tried BGB in a carto and it thrashed it (like most except the very clean NETs will). Of course, if someone can get good results vaping it in a carto, Ahlusion won't refuse to sell the juice to them.

The more modern tanks like the Genny and Kayfun type devices are fine. BCC like the ProTank and Evod should work ok, but will probably have to clean up the coil more often. I stick to rebuildable drippers for NETs, as it's my prefered device for at home vaping. I don't vape NETs in my BCCs when on the go because to me they don't taste as good as when dripped.

I agree on the cartos and NETs--it's a no-go. However, I don't rebuild and I've been using Ahlusion juices in all kinds of filler-less heads, including the entire Kanger BCC line, and I have no complaints flavor wise. And while they may not taste as well as they would in a Kayfun, they taste just fine in lesser devices. Of course, I only vape light flavors and never cared for tobaccos, so what do I know? :)

I clean the coils every other day or so anyway (I soak them in PGA) and I frequently vape a little unflavored to keep the coils clean and prevent any crud buildup. A simple PG/VG blend is a great atty cleaner.

I use cotton micro coil genesis and kayfun style atomisers for my Burleys (all juices, actually). They all have tanks. I'm not sure which aspect they're recommending against.

They are talking about cartomizers and carto tanks. If you're lucky you can suck through the carto on day 2 :)

Wlad would prefer that no one uses cartos but he knows it's not going to happen. Especially for me. I refuse to give up my carto tanks. I don't taste the filler at all. But you do get the best flavor from the juices at 30VG/70PG in a carto. I do like the citrus flavors at 50/50 and some of the creams, like Lime. When you get to any of the really complex flavors you'll miss out on some of the flavor if you use a higher VG in a carto.

Tried my four again today...no development yet. I got two in 70/30 mix...maybe a mistake. It's so thick that it kinda just globs in my tank..Cafe Au Lait and Choc Hazelnut.

Lucky you!!!! My next road trip is to visit my SIL..she's in Rochester Hills. Maybe I can get her off those dang analogs too by bringing her with me and trying it out! I've tried twice now w/no luck...maybe threes a charm

Those are going to take a bit longer to steep. I have to be careful to not vape too much at 50/50. Higher VG gives me a cough. I've got to cut some of my citrus flavors back to 30/70. I started coughing again the other day and it took a bit to figure out it was from all the citrus flavors I bought in 50/50.

A trip to Ahlusion is perfect for your SIL! Good luck. I hope it works. She just needs to find a flavor that she loves.

Bukket, I've tried most of my Ahlusion flavors in cartos and carto tanks and they work fine at 70/30 PG/VG ratio. I'm sensitive to VG and can't vape anything higher than 40% VG without discomfort. But again, I suspect that Aros and other complex NETs will suffer if put through the filler in a carto.

I thought that too and usually go 50/50 blend. But one of my all time fav ADV is AVEs Gorilla Juice which I believe is at least 90% VG. It doesn't bother me at all and it is not even close to be as thick as the 70/30 Ahl I have now. I just got a brand new bottle of Gorilla Juice and its looks like any normal juice.

Once I let the Ahl steep longer, I'll add a few drops of distilled water to them. They are just super thick and just gooped around my wicks. I try to tilt the tanks and the juice kinda just sits there and then slowly moves. Lol! My next 5 flavors I ordered from Ahl are all 50/50 blend. ;)

Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy...order came in today and I get to try Raspberry Cream - will leave an impression post when I try it. :)

_____________________________

My first impression is don't get this flavor with added sweetener unless you want a very sweet vape. It's sweet without it (I got it without). Raspberry is strong and at the front. I can detect a fluffy, whipped cream second note that is really nice - you can feel it like a velvety coat on your tongue. The finish is creamy and comforting. This is a great juice!

Question a little ^^^^^

Since my juices are still steeping and new ones not here to share w/my best friend, she went ahead an ordered a few samples from another vendor. She was getting a little cough and stuffy nose from a previous juice that was 60 PG/40 VG so she ordered this time 100% VG. She uses 6 mg on an 1000 mAh EVod/EVod tanks. The tank/coil were cleaned.

She said her first hit "burnt the back of her throat"??? I have never tried the juice she has, but it has high reviews. I've vaped nearly 100% VG (Aves) no problems so she's asking me and I have no clue. Blind leading the blind here!

I feel bad because I told her to lower her PG from the first issues, I never thought she lower it all the way. I did tell her to try a few drops of distilled water, but it doesn't explain what's going on. Thx for any info

Just got an e-mail! Last Wednesday's order is ready for shipping!

I ordered sweetner on my Raspberry Cream and I hate sickly sweet, but everything I have gotten from Ahlusion has not been anywhere in the vicinity of too sweet, they know what they're doing! :)

Fijian Nights is awesome, just amazing, I hope you enjoy it! I'm glad I took the plunge and ordered it! ;)

Now I just need Friday's, which was a much smaller one, oh please, please be here by Saturday! Please vaping gods! Shine down upon me! LOL! ;)

So let's see, Raspberry Cream, Pink Label Juice, Catal-Berry Ice with Breeze (nervous on that one but Ahlusion has not steered me wrong), Coconut Dream and Lemon Cream, about to head my way and should be here by Thursday...That leaves the Lassis, Mango and Papaya and a small Sweet Cherry Something to be out by Thursday...

Maybe they will smile down upon me...I've been holding myself back from the Papaya Lassi but...my willpower just broke!

On a side note, Sweet Surrender, which was in my very first Ahlusion order, I had put in the back of the steeping cabinet and thought maybe it wasn't for me. So it has been steeping close to 2 months, I would guesstimate. Pulled it out today, loaded it up, and have been vaping it like a mad woman! Think this may be a reorder eventually, thank goodness I had almost all 30 mL!

I'm sure I will, fancypants. You sold me for sure. If I can return the favor, I'm realizing that I neglected House Blend due to all the other tempting fruit iterations on it. After a steep, I think it's up there with Smooth Criminal and I now prefer it to its flavored cousins. It's the only thing in my tank today and I have no intention of swapping it out til its empty.

Fancy I was going to mention please report back on Belize I have a vacation scheduled there in February...have a great time...

Will do! My mom has been there before and she loves it! I'll be sure to take pics and not just ones of me blowing clouds, lol. ;)

Hmm, interesting, thank you! May have to add that to the ones to try, going to go check it out! :) Thanks GameDesigner, much obliged!

Glad I sold you on it, I just really do hope you like it! I think it is a very well done vape personally, a yummy combo. ;) Just delicious. Something only Ahlusion could come up with and knock it out of the ballpark, if you know what I mean. I say I hope you like it, but honestly, it's hard for me to imagine anyone not liking it, unless they were a very picky type person. I am not and do not imagine you to be either. ;)

Strictly rebuildables here- unbelievable flavor and easy to recoil/wick once you get the hang of it. I've got a few hundred feet of kanthal wire and two packages of cotton cheesecloth, so no need to buy supplies for a few years! I also love the idea of being able to customize my rebuilds for different liquids.

With Blue Grass Burley :Not recommended for use on cartomizers/tanks as the intended flavors do not shine through in our opinion. What do you use to vap it?

I find that all tanks except my AMP Tank mute flavors. Also, I would think that NETs might tend to clog up the polyfill on a carto.

I stand second to no one in how much I despise the process of manual dripping. However, I found the flavor that dripping delivers is so superior to any other juice delivery method that I manually dripped all my Ahlusion juices before I found more convenient devices to feed my dripping atties. Tanks just hid way too much of Wlad's flavoring sorcery.

Unfortunately, solutions for a more convenient method for dripping other than manual feeding tend to be expensive. However, recently Vision introduced the Aurora BFT (bottom feeding tank).

I've had four Auroras for several weeks now that I've been using for my second tier flavors. I fully concur with Todd's positive review which is on the Vapor Beast product page to which I linked above.

They were so easy to use that I gifted my sister and daughter with Auroras, neither of whom have any patience nor gear fiddling skill. They like them as much as I do and have had no problems getting them to work properly.

This is a picture of one of my Auroras on one of my iTaste VV 3.0s. It's pretty nice to have what amounts to a relatively small, lightweight bottom feeder with VW.

It sounds like the juice isn't wicking properly and delivering dry hits—very nasty tasting. VG is always quite thick but some vendors dilute it. I can't remember if Gorilla Juice was diluted and can't check because I PIF'd mine quite some time ago.

Hmm, going to have to try one of those, I'm intrigued!

But I just ordered a bunch of stuff, mostly larger models of what I amusing, Kanger Unitank and T3S and MT3S, and ordered a couple of Aspire BDC Clearomizers today, going to see how those work out...But when I get back I may need to order one of those, I don't mind fiddling but because of health reasons I cannot. So all these RBAs are out of the question for me. :(

About time someone got the Aurora BFTs in stock. Thanks for the link Peraspera! :)

Thx for answering me! I have Gorilla and can check. She said its suppose to be all natural, blah, blah w/100% VG and distilled water? Anyway, someone did answer me that the first time they tried VG, specifically these juices she got, they felt a harsh hit at first too and give it a few days. I told her to soak the heck out of the wicks and prime them good.

I just panicked cuz I'm the one who told her to go easy on PG since it was causing her sinus issues, but I never assumed she go balls out to 100% VG!!

And thx for the info on that Aurora. That looks sweet...I'm looking it up now
