The Red Sky desk caddies look nice and the price is nice. I had a Waxy's ModBlok, it was fantastic and solid but alas I lost it in my accident while moving. Another one you may find interesting are from Vast Vapor Stands - Home I think it's the only non wood mod stand I would personally consider because it's just so darn customizable. You can tailor it to pretty much whatever devices you have.

Thanks. I've looked at the one you mentioned. It seemed pretty substantial. The ability to adjust it over time is a great idea too. Yes it is plastic but it says 3/4 inch which would add a little weight.

It's built for right handers :( or at least the pictures are all that way and I'm a lefty, so left or symmetrical is preferred. :)

Ok, ambidextrous :D

... And I JUST found this ECF All Mods PV Desk Holder/Caddy that may give more choices.
Nevermind... all about RedSky mods and last post was June '13

Speaking of taste offs, I have quite a few clearos, tanks, running with different juices, so I need a MOD Stand. It's too easy to knock this set of bowling pins over

I've passed on all plastic and metal mod stands so far.

I've been looking at RedSky Mods and Waxy's ModBlok so far.

Any recommendations?

Most of the Mod stands miss the mark. I've got a few that are hardly used. Try this one:

The Goliath 4 Bay

Expensive? Maybe? Includes a wrap of your choice. For me, the ability to mount my 510 delivry devices in the 8 threaded slots is a winner along with plenty of room for my future needs. Of course I have more than 8 510 so those cute little stand for each 510 are fine. I also have this: https://www.fasttech.com/p/1517800 which does not sit totally flush but gets the job done.

HTH

Wow! GOLIATH is right! That thing is huge and yup expensive. More than I ever expect to need.

I'm not into mech/modding, just have a few kanger set ups and my VTR with a couple of tanks and 3 pairs of batts.

I will look around the site for a better fit:)

Has anyone ordered any of the teas and asked for "extra tea" in the mixture? I have been vaping Caramel Pear Black Tea and Vanilla black Tea and like them, but a little more "tea" kick with a stronger note would be nice. I've found the teas to compliment my affinity for tobaccos quite nicely.

Hey Mazinny, I've only had smooth criminal thus far. In comparison to HHV, it's difficult for me. I was never a fan of HHV's grassy/earthy flavors (huntsman, legend, etc); the only ones I used with regularity were Dragon's Fire and Heavenly Army. So to me, SC is not grassy/ earthy at all. It is lightly sweet, but other than that I can't really put into words the flavor. (I stink at flavor description) I would highly recommend you try a sample size tho!

Thanks for the reply 76, it seems we like different flavors when it comes to the net's. Not a fan of Heavenly Army, and DF is good, but almost like a dessert vape for me, not an ADV. My ADV tobacco's are Shadow and Serendipity from HHV, depending on whether i'm in the mood for a lighter or more full bodied tobacco.

I don't read much about Royal Tease in this thread. The site descriptions says "This flavor tends to taste much better as it ages." I got some back in December and started vaping it last month. It really is delightful! Like others who reviewed it on the site, I do detect the cherry flavor, but it's more complex than that. There's another flavor present that's very familiar, but I can't identify it. It's a nice, refreshing alternative to my favorite creams and my Smooth Criminal.

I didn't get as much flavor from this one as I do with the other fruit mixes (Rune, Pink Label, Sweet Surrender, Luna Funesta, etc). The Cherry flavors don't come through in a carto tank. I really need to drip this one and check it out.

Anyone get shipping notification for Monday's orders? I haven't yet, but I figure they are just backed up from the sale.

I received the email saying it was ready for shipping on Monday but nothing since then. I tried logging on to the website last night and it kept going back to the "enter your date of birth". I figure it is on the way.

Well I'm an Ahlusion-oholic The majority of my favorites are the fruit/cream and I keep the majority of those on hand, I also always have Smooth Criminal, Peppermint Bark, Ice Kiss and keep a couple of others just for variety. I love to drink tea...but for me personally this has been my least favorite category to vape. You really can't go wrong in my opinion...

I wonder if it is because you like to drink tea? I'm not a tea drinker and would hate to drink any of them but I love to vape them! I used to vape tobacco until I found the black teas. I like an occasional tobacco but I vape the teas daily.

Help me pick one. I liked Ricks Request 90/10. But Blueberry Vanilla Cake 90/10 seemed flavorless. I find that I am moving away from tobacco flavors and moving toward dessert flavors. Thinking about Orange Creamcicle.
I'm running 12mg nicotine. I can adjust my vg/pg if that will make a difference.

Orange Creamsicle is really good. I remember talk about Rick's Request being a long steeper. About 2-4 months. You should try 50/50, you'll get much more flavor and the juice will be able to steep. 90VG is really hard to steep. I liked Strawberry Vanilla Cake much more than the blueberry. Although you might want to try the blueberry again at 50/50 and let it steep for 2-4 weeks.

Caramel Pear Black Tea is an amazing flavor. It really shows how magical the mixes are. I buy all my juice at 30VG/70PG since I use carto tanks. Even 50/50 mutes some of the flavors to me. I've gotten one flavor in 90VG and it just didn't have any flavor!

If you have to use high VG then I would recommend that you get your profile set up. That way Ahlusion will know what to do so you get the right flavor from your juice. They make most of their own flavors and recommend 50/50 for dripping and 30PG/70VG for cartos and clearos.

There was a lot of talk about the Tarte Tatins when they came out. I'm not into desserts with crust but a lot of people said they are really good.

I have not, but you should tell Ahlusion on your feedback e-mail (or in the comments box on your order) that you'd like your teas "tweaked" with extra tea flavor. :)

I just tried the Sweet Virginia that come in today's vape mail. If Wlad wasn't such a sweet, kindly person I would swear he must have sold his soul to the devil to be capable of such sorcery.

The reality of burning tobacco never comes close to what one hopes and imagines it should taste like. Somehow, despite the seemingly impossibility of the challenge, Wlad manages to weave the dream into reality with Sweet Virginia.

For me, tobacco vapes have all come with unfamiliar tasting baggage ranging from something that is not offensive but not natural to downright vile chemical tastes. Sweet Virginia has none of that. It's a soft, mellow, naturally sweet tobacco powerfully reminiscent of smoking without any of the nastiness or harshness.

Sweet Virginia would be my hands down recommendation for non-menthol smokers wanting something familiar to make the transition to vaping. I'm not sure it would be what tobacco vape afficiandos would be wanting in a juice because it seems to me to be so dramatically different from anything else I've tried in the way of tobacco vapes.

So you like it? :D Just kidding! What a great review! I'm vaping it right now and I agree with you, it's amazing. I can't put it down. Carrying it around the house with me!

When I first quit the Analogs I slurped back HHV Serendipity repeatedly. As I am moving along with vaping, I read there will be a time when some flavors will not do it for me anymore, and Serendipity has proven to being too strong for me now. I really liked 76bridge's description as grassy/earthy flavors.

I have been plowing through a bottle of Dragon's Fire for the last week and a half. It is easily an ADV for me now and I plan to order more since I have a HHV Gift Certificate to burn off in the future.

Progress appears to be going slow though on this largish bottle.

My reward when completed is I pop the tops off of my Vanilla Wild Wood, and I am trying very hard to beat the ending of EleanorR's Lent so I can at least hold up the Vanilla fort :)

Agreed on this description for CPBT, and I use 30 VG/70 PG for all of my Ahlusion flavors since I use Carto Tanks also.

We NET heads are also quite fond of Sweet Virginia.

Great write-up, glad you like it so much! It's easy to tell pretty quick that SV is a special juice.

I don't use cartos but I use this ratio as well. I like my juice thinner and don't like the texture of high VG vapor. PG doesn't bother me and I like a good solid throat hit.
I've ordered four times in the last few months and have never received a follow up. I'll put a note in the comments next time I order a tea.

Yeah, i hear you. I am not quite as far along in my vaping journey. It took me a while to go down from a 70/30 pg/vg 18mg to a 60/40 12mg. I don't even like my shadow and serendipity in a kayfun/russian where it brings out the subtle undertones and sweet notes. I prefer my all day vapes in a top coil like an Iclear 16 or 30s, with a warm vapor and solid throat hit, and no nuances !

Something like Dragon's Fire and fruits or dessert types, i vape occasionally, in a dripper or russian.

I must have close to 1200 ml of various unfinished non-tobacco juices from different companies ( Ahlusion and the Steam Company being the latest brands i am trying ! ), which i don't hate and still go back to from time to time, but when i leave the house i usually leave with some tobacco flavor in an IClear ! That's why i have been through about 240 ml each of shadow and serendipity since August, and have not even finished 60 ml of DF !

Have you tried the Cha-Yen series? I am partial to the Cha Yen Orange Blossom.
It is the strongest of those I have tried and the only Ahlusion juice I get sweetened.

Four times with no follow up! If they aren't going into your spam folder (mine have a couple of times) you can definitely submit a ticket to them- they told me the other day to go ahead and use that contact us dealio for feedback since their system has been having issues with the feedback emails just recently.
