They're probably closed because they've reached maximum orders for the day.
On the days that they are open, they are only open until their capacity is reached. This amounts to a few hours in the morning (EST)
Having spent a weekend with Desperado I'm going to give it thumbs way, way up. Easily among the top analog replacement tobaccos I've tasted. It never becomes too much, and is never too subdued. Ahlusions could be called Goldilocks for the way they find the sweet spot for almost every recipe they make. This is one I'm now ordering in quantity and that I recommend to people who are looking to replace their daily smoke with truly satisfying, full flavor vapor without any hint of alcohol or perfume or fakeness common to liquids in its class.

ahlusion description sounds great even uses the word signature chocolate
but I've seen opposite reviews the good ones are very good using word like realistic
and the bad very bad using words like fake tasting
even seen one gave it real bad review while going on to give great review on like 5 other ahlusion flavs
I know taste is subjective but we should be able to at least agree on whether something taste badly fake or very realistic
to some degree

I found Chocolate Cream too subtle and mundane. All of Ahl's juices I've found to be authentic; whether I personally like something though isn't aways related to how realistic it is.
Good luck on getting everyone to agree on any liquid lol. What tastes good to some will always have some it tastes bad to.

Since I was one of the initial critics of their customer service, I feel sort of compelled to write a retraction.
I think once you become a customer at Ahlusion and have time early in the mornings to make your orders, their customer service is ridiculously outstanding. I mean these people just get it right, every time. I don't love every juice they have but i've not had a single one I've hated.
That being said, the ship times have become faster and i just love doing business with them. They send emails and check up on you, ask how you are doing, what you like about the juice....what you dont like...they dont take it personally and they give you suggestions also....what a great vendor.

Let me ask you something...is this like maybe a decent replacement for say Casablanca from BWB? I keep ordering ahlusion tobaccos to see if i can get something to replicate that but cant find it. I love BWB but they only make 70/30 juice and that much pg makes me cough.
I'm not sure what it is about the boba tea's, but sometimes I'm like "ugh that tasted like feet" and then I continue to vape it for hours. LOL I think I love it because it is such an unusual flavor.
Lol. When vaping Gold Rising I sometimes get.. yuck pee!.. then continue to vape it. That one and another honey tobacco I have gets complaints that it smells like ferret piss.. not sure why ferret, not familiar with that specific pee scent.
Mildew, feet, sweaty sock, dirty hippy.. never thought I would use those terms to compliment a flavor; but there you have it.

The non-Ahlusion honey tobacco I get a lot of slack for vaping around people lol. I say.. try it, I swear to God it tastes like honey and not ferret pee! One person did, said yes it tastes like honey but it's still gross lol.

Yeah, the complaints have made me wonder whether I'm getting the red carpet treatment or what. 8 orders out of ten are prepared and shipped the same day. The other two are shipped a day later.
I haven't tried BWB's Casablanca but I like Honey Flue and Malty a lot (though not as ADVs). I just loaded up some Backo that's been steeping for eight or nine weeks as a point of comparison and I'd say they're roughly the same category. The Backo seems a bit sweet. Not bad at all, but not doing it for me like Desperado. It's interesting because where I can instantly tell Backo is a BWB blend, I can also tell that Desperado is Ahlusion. I honestly suggest trying some Desperado. I'll try some Casablanca soon too.
The Casablanca is the first juice I really loved. I'll probably get some more just for a treat now and again but the coughing was driving me mad, I can't enjoy it.
As to the Boba Tea, I like the flavor, it's just too mild. Maybe it's the 50/50 ratio...probably is...Wlad thinks so.
Any of you guys tried the Wildwood series? I've tried the cherry, it reminds me a lot of Vermillion River's base, what do you guys think?
For additional reference, I also love Smooth Criminal, Deal Maker, Cool River Tree Blend, Cool Blend (speaking only on non-aromatic tobaccos) but find Sahara, Vechhio, and Gold Member too floral or perfumey even now after steeping. Of all the unvarnished non-aromatic tobaccos I've tried anywhere, Desperado might be the best in my mind.
I've tried all of Halo's and can vape Freedom, Prime, and Torque on occasion, couldn't stand Want2Vape or GoodLife's tobaccos, BWB's 555 was among the foulest things I've ever tasted, like Vermillion River's Kentucky blends, just gagged on Hurricane's Winter Cured and Sunshine Cured, wasn't feeling AVE's Blend 4 or Havana, and love tons from HHV's line although I wouldn't categorize any of those as straight cig smokers tobaccos. Now I like, and in some cases love, other liquids from these other guys, but here all I have in mind is what I'm calling a satisfying, straightforward cig substitute.
Chocolate Cream is kind if boring to me. But nothing they sell tastes fake. Not liking something doesn't mean it's bad -- just not to one's taste.
Mr. Mann might have some insight on the similarity. I've never tried Vermillion River myself. I do love Peach Wild Wood a lot.

all I was asking whether or not it tasted realistic, like the rest of there liquids
only because I've seen a few reviews outside of this forum that described it as fake tasting
which did not fit what I would say about any of there flavs I've tried
the thing that was throwing me off was the fact that they were giving good reviews for other ahlusion flavs
I don't expect others to like what I like or vica versa
there are plenty of flavs I don't like that I can say taste just as described and others that taste nothing like described
That's more along the lines of what I look for in a description
