I'm having a time trying to find an explanation of aromatic and non-aromatic. I have juices from nite-lite, backwoods, alien visions, five pawns, and more. I'd like to order some from Ahlusion, but before I do, I need a better understanding of this process. Would someone please offer some insight? Thanks.

best regards, larry mac

Ahlusion divides their naturally extracted tobacco (NET) liquids into those two categories. In actual pipe tobaccos, aromatic generally refers to tobacco with some flavor component that makes the smoke pleasant to smell -- like vanilla or cherry or maple. Ahlusion has those, but also uses the term for some straight tobaccos (Blue Grass Burley and Devil Dog!). Ahlusion's aromatics are very bold, strong-and-no-kidding-around tobacco vapes. Many find them overpowering. Others think they're the ne plus ultra of NETs.

Their non-aromatics are lighter tobacco blends in which tobacco is often more a vehicle for other flavors than the main attraction. For some, the tobacco is tough to distinguish at all.

Look at their website. The two categories are separate. I don't know any other e-liquid makers that define their tobacco offerings using those terms.

Agree 100% on all fronts. It has that "ooh, wow" factor and the "hey, you got to try this" effect, but not the "it's Friday night, just got paid, going to vape Grape Vine" fate.

Spot on observation, Mr. Mann! Three of Ahlusions juices ABSOLUTELY bowled me over when I first tried them. Grape Vine, Sasparilla, and Blue Fairy. I had never tasted anything like them and I was just fascinated by them! I sucked em down hard when I first got them, but the reality is that they kind of sit on the back shelf, now that the novelty has worn off. When I do get a taste for them though, and it definitely happens, nothing else could scratch that itch.

Yeah, Yeah, THIS. I really have come to appreciate that approach. I'm a big fan of quite a few of their Non NET's like Peachy Crim and JG Blend and I'd like to try more soon, but the NET's are just jackhammers on my palate and I can only even barely tolerate them after much Bacchanalian activity. So the clear distinction on their website of these offerings is much akin to the rope across the pool. I know better than to wander into the DEEP end. I'm a wader, not a swimmer.

All over the place
Just placed my first order from them: Boba Tea, Sweet Surrender, Pink Label, Red White & Blueberry, and CocoBerry Cream. Don't like tobacco vapes, but that's just me. Meant to get the Strawberry Cake, oh well, next time!

Wow. Thanks for the reminder--I have a lot of Boba Tea but haven't vaped it in awhile. Am I the only one who has favorite liquids that get, maybe not forgotten, but accidentally looked over?

Yes, but I've had them fall off of my favorite list in the process. Never happened with an Ahlusion juice, but another vendor, who will remain nameless ;). A juice at the top of my list became unvapable for me. Wasn't from steeping too long, as it was supposed to be best at 2 months+. It was more because my vape palette became more refined and I don't like overpowering flavor stuff now, I think.

Yum! Pink Label is a great vape that doesn't get talked about much. Boba Tea and Sweet Surrender have been on my wishlist for a long time, but haven't gotten to them yet.

Anyone try the new Papaya Lassi? The Mango Lassi is fantastic. I'm not sure I know what papaya tastes like, but I still plan on getting that juice next order.

Another q.. has anyone that got Gold Member (the salted caramel) enjoying it? Heard some comments about it when people received it, but haven't heard anything about steeped GM.

I got some in July & I love it....ordered a large bottle of it just a few weeks later, so it could steep while I finished the sm. bottle. I even mixed some in with my Kona Coffee & it tasted just like the salted caramel latte's you can buy @ Starbucks. You can taste the salt, yet it's not too strong & mixed with the creamy caramel makes a perfect combo IMHO. :)

I can't believe I am just trying their Orange Creamsicle for the first time....what took me so long? After vaping only Ahlusion juices for the last 19 months, you'd have thought I've tried everything, but I'm still discovering great new to me flavors all the time!

I've been eyeing Orange Creamsicle for the last few orders. I had a feeling it would be great. Sounds like you like it. Can you elaborate?

Also haven't seen anyone comment on Xpress Cool Blend. The description is A smooth, lightly mentholated, non-aromatic tobacco blend, I find it to be the best tasting tobacco/mint flavor I have had. Refreshing and doesn't leave a lingering menthol taste, nor does the menthol hang in the atty. And this is from an ex 38yr Camel smoker. never cared for menthol but sure enjoy this one.

Cool thanks! I'll get some my next order.

Yeah, Ahl's menu is pretty vast. They have a LOT of flavors on that menu.. and unlike some other vendors with large menus, each juice at Ahl is well thought-out. I'll be discovering new Ahl favorites for years to come (hopefully).

It reminds me of the Artic Orange milkshakes from McD's & I bet if it was ordered with the request for "flurries" added, that it would be awesome. I love it like it is too tho....so creamy, yet the orange really shines thru, but not bitter at all. This is really my first orange flavored juice & I'm glad I gave it a try. Hope that helps some. :)
