I get a slightly sweet finish with Smooth Criminal, not cinnamon, but definitely a slightly sweet taste on the exhale. I find it really nice. I've been mixing my small bottle of SC with epipemods' long bottom leaf or shire malt....very complimentary. (I have small bottles of them all, so I'm trying to make them last.) I've found this combo to make a great all day vape.

I don't taste cinnamon in Smooth Criminal and know that it doesn't contain cinnamon flavoring. I'm not going to question people that claim they taste it, because we all have different tastebuds. It does seem unusual that a few people think that.
Yep sorry, didn't mean to mislead. it's missing the corn. lol. it tastes like coating, but kettle corn, not caramel corn.. if that makes any sense.
There's certainly something about it that has some people think cinnamon because it seems pretty common. I couldn't find anything about it that made me think cinnamon though. I wonder if it's the tobacco that has a note that leads people there. I know for me, once I find a note that has me think a certain flavor, even if I find out that it's not there it's almost impossible to un-find it.

Nope, you didn't mislead at all. Kettle corn is how I've seen it described before. The trick for me is to not let a kettle corn coating flavor lead to caramel popcorn lol. Like I said the previous post, if I find the corn it'll be hard to not find it. I'll say to myself before I try it.. there is NO corn!
I actually love to eat both caramel corn and kettle corn. Sweet and salty works so well for popcorn. Jelly Belly's buttered popcorn jellybean however ruined popcorn flavoring for me.

I'm one of those that taste cinnamon. I could never, not in a million years, guess what goes into SC. It's so good and the flavor tastes so familiar; I just can't pick-off any of it's individual components (except cinnamon- which isn't an ingredient). Same holds true for SB... What is in that stuff?

Well, according to the guy who makes the stuff, just tobacco in Smooth Criminal. Sahara is specifically Turkish tobacco, but may have something else mixed in.
Recently I tried some young Smooth Criminal -- as an experiment; I really don't like it till its 6-8 weeks old -- and for a moment caught a whiff of something resembling cinnamon. Then it was gone. I also picked up butter, sweet cream, maybe nutmeg, and other spices. It tastes gooey and savory. I couldn't take much of it.
Hard to imagine that the same juice in eight weeks will be the one I crave the most. All that sweetness and spice and cream will distill into a throaty tobacco blast with a burnt-caramel sweetness. But no cinnamon!

Got some Strawberry Vanilla Cake in my Kayfun Lite micro cotton build. Ahh delicious breakfast vape. I love it even without steeping.

I've also tried Papaya Lassi and it's great as well. More or less the Mango Lassi with a natural tasting Papaya.
Yeah, though most of the non-aros use a Cavendish blend, I think the Cavendish blend in Smooth C. may be where all the proprietary other ingredients exist--they sure as hell don't taste like add-ons after the fact, i.e., after extraction.
I very much dislike CPBT because I get a very strong celery taste. But according to some in the 'vape anywhere' thread I am crazy. :shrug:
Orient Whisper? I assume that's a new flavor? What's it taste like/flavor notes?
Anyone having issues with Ahlusion's more acidic flavors in plastic tanks? The reason I ask is, I primarily use EVODs, and recently tried the new Smoktech Pyrex BCC. I had high hopes for the Smoktech tank, but side by side, my EVODs produce more flavor. I haven't had any problems with my EVODs deteriorating thus far, and I love the way they perform, and they're cheap, so I'll stick with them. (Protanks, including the mini are too big for me- love the EVOD form factor).
I guess is Sahara contains a large amount of synthetic flavoring, either synthetic Turkish and/or other ingredients. That's based purely on flavor and how freakishly clean it is, haven't had that guess verified. The extracted tobacco I'm guessing plays a smaller role and may not necessarily be from Turkish tobacco. Maybe a Virginia? And then a Turkish synthetic to get the Turkish notes?
