Ahlusion E-juice

Looks like you and me against the world. I agree with you. BUT. . .if I was able to build an atty for a quarter that performed like a Cisco, I'd have to take it seriously. Luckily for Cisco and Hanna (and Empire and Vapage), I so far have not been able to muster the patience or dexterity required to compete with them.

For nearly all my juices I also very much prefer my HH.357s to my RDAs. The flavor complexity of the juices that don't do well in my RDAs are the ones that take a suicidal dive off a cliff at over 6 watts with a manufactured atty.

I've never had problems building coils but I don't particularly enjoy doing it. My attys last a really long time so there isn't any significant financial incentive for me to endlessly futz with my RDAs.

I once asked Wlad about the possibility of a Green Chartreuse juice. He said that many of the flavors in Green Chartreuse would not survive vaping temperatures. That made me wonder if the fact that I seem to prefer flavors that do better at lower power has something to do with not being all that taken with my RDAs except for a few juices.

Anyone know if Ahlusion has a juice that would be comparable to Alien Vision's "Hype"?

The peach used in the peach flavors that I've had from Ahlusion are very different than the peach in Hype. I found Hype to have a very artificial tasting peach while Ahlusion's peach tastes much more natural.

Do you guys get a slight boozy flavor from JG Blend? might be related to the dark roast. It's very subtle, like there's a splash of brandy in it. It may go away with steeping. My Kona Kick had a similar fragrance that's now fading. Still haven't vaped that one.

Kona Kick is one of those great-at-all-ages juices. As it ages, the coffee really comes out in a spectacular way. I have some left now that's five months old and its amazing. But I really like it fresh too.

Haha, sushi is my favorite food, but yep.. don't wanna vape it.

I haven't got any fish or booze notes from JG myself, but that doesn't mean others don't. I get ummm, certain notes, from Gold Rising that others don't.

I absolutely HATED this liquid the first time around.. but now I'm vaping it and feeling like I've just met my soul mate... like I'm seriously having de ja vu.. it tastes so familiar, but I can't place it.. could it be my subconscious remembering this liquid from before? Because honestly, there are no commonalities between this smooth criminal and the one I recollect. Or did I just dream of this heavenly liquid and just now getting to experience it in real life? haha! yah, SC is quite elusive that way. This morning I could swear I detected some subtle chocolate notes as I vaped it while sipping espresso. You just never know what you're gonna get, but it's gonna be good.

A previous poster was looking for a good, sweet caramel, and (like myself) did not like the malt in Ahlusion's Car Mel Mambo.

Well, I've broken into my 2-week old Gold Member, and Yay!! It's pure, sweet, molten salted caramel CANDY!!

At first it was a little weird getting a warm "molten" caramel flavor in my mouth, but as I focused on it (pretending I had just taken a caramel into my mouth and was letting it MELT), it all clicked. Finally a true sweet vape I can enjoy -- nothing cloying or fake about it.

I got to try that one [JGBlend]

Loaded my first tank of JG Blend after 15 days. It was smelling really nice, and the vape is REALLY nice. Got that dark roast undertone blending well with a nice mild tobacco. So many great Ahlusion juices.

JGBlend may be my all-time favorite coffee juice -- it's truly an accomplishment!

Aaarghh! I should love JG. I love coffee. I love this Desperado-like tobacco. But somehow together they aren't right. This should be my perfect vape, and I just don't like it. Killin me.

Hi everyone, I have not kept up with this thread but finally tried Smooth Criminal. I received it with a 50/50 mix at 12mg. Vaping it in a carto tank. Carto is a boge SR. I really like it but one problem, no throat hit. I know it is recommended to use 70pg/30vg on cartos but I have been using 50/50 with no issues with Ahlusion juices. I also do need to increase my nic level because 12mg isn't doing it for me in general.

So the question is, do you think I will get a throat hit at 18mg with a 50/50. Or must I change to the 70/30 mix? Or does this particular flavor just have no throat it?

All Ahlusion vapes have about the same throat hit for me, which is usually a tad stronger than what I get with other vendors at the same mg. I've actually lowered my Ahl to 12mg while going higher with other vendors. Not sure why that juice isn't having TH for you. Higher ratio of pg will help, as would raising the nic. Do you make sure to shake the bottle well before filling your carto tank?
