I'm not, sadly. lol. I'm going to date myself here (somebody's got to do it), but I lived down there when they became a team in '67. I was just a kid, but it got in my blood. Went through all the 'Aints years (decades), the bags, but then the sweet sweet Superbowl victory. I told my family after that, "so that's it, right? we're done. no more torture?" but nooooo.. they won't leave well enough alone.. lol.

so yah.. let 'em steep. and get your mom hooked up!

Woohoo! Another Saints fan! I became a fan when I was 12 or so, I have loved them ever since! I remember the Dome Patrol  and it's nice to meet another fan! I understand the harassment, my is a 49ers fan  . She used to torment us regularly and still tries to do the Aints things, which I promptly tell her off, LOL! They are her 2nd favorite team...If you have an iPad or iPhone, aske Siri who the number one team in the NFL is right now...I've been having a lot of fun with that. Kenny Vaccaro, scary! And only going to get better, defense is very impressive, o line will get it together. So yeah, totally on Spags! I cried when we won the Superbowl, everyone was! I was so excited I was up all night, it was crazy around here. Fun stuff, even cops setting off their sirens. I stayed up all night reading news! And I predicted we'd be going to the Superbowl in preseason. It's on SaintsReport in the forum for proof! :D

Yes, they are steeping and no dripping for me right now unless I can find my other atty that disappeared! Annoying! I have Strawberry Vanilla Cake, Fijian Nights, Chocolate Cream, Orient Whisper, my Kiwi Sea and a sample of Maple Dream...I didn't wait long last time but I know Chocolate is a longer steep time. Now I need attys, working on getting mom set up, she tried to order at 10:30 today, I said not going to happen mom. You have to try earlier than that! So she will, I think she's happy to have found some more grown up flavors. :) They have a lot that she would like, I told her but she finally checked it out and sounded like a kid in a candy store when we were on the phone.

ack! your mom is a '9ers fan? That's hard. I know how you feel, though. I lived in San Francisco during the dynasty years :( I used to go into Candlestick wearing all my gear, but then I'd take it all off and sneak out after we kicked their ..... haha! we actually gave them a hard time often.. I believe you about the prediction. very cool. and I asked Siri.. also very cool :)

Ok, we're gonna get ejected from this thread for boring everyone to tears with this digression lolol.

LOL, there's a few games on YouTube that show SF getting TDs when they weren't actual TDs during those years...Just FYI! Glad you had fun! Going to SF and Dallas game this year! And you may, but I keep talking Ahlusion, lol! :)

Ok, still looking for approximate steep times on these liquids if anyone can help, I'd be much obliged! And really hoping for coupon soon, my cruise leaves on the 27th of October! Must get bigger bottles of aforementioned liquids soon, they are on my must have list!

I just tried the Lime Cream a couple of days ago and loved it fresh, so much so that I ordered a 30ml bottle this morning, so much for my holding off on buying more juice. The Lemon Cream is also very good.

I picked the Lime Cream because as I read through this thread it has been mentioned as being excellent by such a wide range of people with different flavor preferences that I am thinking this one should be outstanding. So I have pretty high expectations. I am also willing to let it steep, if I need to.

About the holding off on the buying of more juice. I just received my first 30ml bottle of Caramel Pear Black Tea on Saturday. Sampled a couple of drops, closed her back up for a long nap, and here I am, Monday morning, ordered a 60ml bottle. Have to set up for my new all day vape. At least until the Smooth Criminal matures.

Cherry Midnight is a very dark chocolate with natural cherries. It is the best dark chocolate vape I've ever had.

Chocolate Hazelnut is a milder chocolate, but is real, and the nuts are fantastic.

If you like Gambit, try Ahlusion's Tarte Tatin/Apple. Unsweetened, it's a true-to-name floury pie crust with carmelized (NOT caramel!) apples. You can have it sweetened too, but I've never tried that. I like it better than Gambit.

Thanks for the suggestions and believe it or not, I don't like cherries, but that one sounded delicious. And I LOVE Gambit and just ordered some yesterday because Ahlusion was closed. LOLOLOL Chocolate Hazelnut was on my list. My list is now up to 10 juices....think I need to narrow that down a bit.

I'm excited and nervous to try Ahlusions. I've got a ton of Halo right now but I'm missing a few flavors that I really need, ok I may not need but want. I just read another post where someone has been steeping for THREE MONTHS?????? What is the typical steep time w/these juices? That's a long time!

And can you explain to me sweeten and unsweetened choice. Like for example, I hope if I order a coffee flavor, unsweetened, it doesn't taste like black coffee versus one w/sweet and low or something like that. I guess if I screw up bad, there's always PIF boards. I've swapped out a few Halo flavors there.

I broke out some 5 month old Vecchio Blend and I must apologize to Wlad for doubting this juice.

It's still a very mild vanilla tobacco, more unassuming than Smooth Criminal (imo, of course). I'm glad it is not just straight vanilla anymore.

Every juice I've had from Ahlusion has been as described, even if it took a while to get there. :)

That sounds about right. Others have commented that this was great right out of the mail. Mine took more time to come together nicely. You could always try it and see if you like it and if not, put it away for awhile.

Sorry to bother ya'll, what is recommended steep time on Chocolate Cream, think I read 2 weeks but can't remember! Please and thank you! :)

That's a pretty long steep for something that still ends up more unassuming than SC. SC is probably my most understated juice, but it never disappoints. Not sure why that is, exactly. There's just always something satisfying about it.

It's good to know Vecchio Blend turned out ok, though.

Thanks to those who helped me out, placed my first order today. I'm excited to try out these new juices but know I've got to to wait/steep.

I had to take a guess on one, Rune, regarding adding mint. Had no idea what Breeze, Flurries, Chill...meant. Is there anything on their website that describes mint vs menthol?

"We are introducing our new mint and menthol options with the following classifications, listed in an increasing level of "coolness":

Breeze: A light natural mint
Flurries: A stronger natural mint
Chill: A light natural menthol, but stronger than Flurries
Frost: A stronger natural menthol (stronger than Chill)
Arctic Blast: A very strong natural menthol! (Never recommended by us, but it has been requested by some)
...."

I just did a search on the site for "mint and menthol." Breeze and Flurries are mint, and the rest is menthol.

Just tried my Kiwi Sea, sweet one, and it is yummy! I know it will only get better! I also love the Strawberry Vanilla cake, which will also only get better! My goodness, I love Ahlusion! Yummy!

Oh, and lest I forget, Fijian Nights! Loving this as well, tastes fantastic, so different and so very good! I would suggest everything I have tried to anyone looking at Ahlusion!

Wow trying the blueberry colada and coco berry cream each in a phoenix rba and wow

the phoenix really makes these creamy ones come alive

How is the Bleberry Coloda? I have been eyeing that one for a while but been afraid to order it because of the rum. Had rum on my 18th birthday and we haven't gotten along much since, LOL!

I'm not really into strong menthol, but a little can be refreshing as an undercurrent for some juices, like a Pina Colada.

Well, I personally, think Fijian Nights is a great choice! :D I'm loving mine for sure! And Coco Berry cream is one of my absolute favorites!

Flavors I have tried: Red, White and Blueberry, Pink Label Juice, CocoBerry Cream, Sweet Surrender, Boba Tea (plain), Strawberry Vanilla Cake, Fijian Nights and Kiwi Sea (sweet). I have Chocolate Cream steeping, as well as Orient Nights and a sample of Maple Dream. :)

Yeah, I'm sure Peach River Tree Blend will be fine also. Someone else will be the benefactor of that though.

Re: Smooth Criminal being understated -- with the exception of Vecchio Blend finally coming out of its slumber -- it is definitely unassuming. But that is why I love it. It's just there, not shouting to be heard, not being a wallflower either. :2cool:
