Honey Cured is on my next wish list..anxious to give it a try. I love honey and tobacco so figure it should work out:) It will be the first aromatic I try.

Prepare yourself for a strong tobacco! I'm not sure where others rank it, but to me it feels stronger than Vurley, Sweet Georgia Peach, and Smokin Cherries. Don't know if it's because the tobacco is stronger or the additional flavor is lighter than those. My next aromatic to try will be the Maple Burley, heard GREAT things about that one. My last couple maple tobaccos wheren't so hot.

Jerms I'm kind of looking for that out at the party vape.. I love Smooth Criminal, Peachy Criminal and a couple from another vendor but once in awhile need a punch. I was also going to try the Cocoa Blend as I love Ahlusion chocolate. I'm probably the strangest person in the world...I love many fruit/cream flavors throughout the day but in the evenings just really need a tobacco flavor fix.

Shannon I'm sending you a big batch of assorted liquids but sorry, Car-Mal-Mambo will not be among them. I just tried it before I added it to the package. It's been steeping for two months, and holy moly has it changed. It's now the best caramel vape I've ever tasted!

Sold! No this is good, now I know what to get when I order. It's not easy to make a decision there, ya know?! Btw, who's Shannon lol?

Couple new to me Ahls today..

Honey Cured. Very solid addition in the aromatic line. Strong tobacco complimented by a little of the fermented honey flavor found in Gold Rising.

Anxious to hear more thoughts on Honey Cured. It's probably my fourth-favorite in the Ahlusion Aromatic.

I made a wish list for an order on Monday. I was again struck by the "default" VG/PG ratios, which varied for each. Here's the list:

- Gold Member - default all VG
- Gold Rising - default 70/30
- Maple Burley - default 50/50
- Tarte Tatin Apple - default 70/30
- Pineapple USD Cake - default all VG

I'm going with the defaults, assuming they're recommended by Ahlusion. Does this seem reasonable? Thoughts?
I tend to get 12mg nic for all.

I don't think it's so much of a default, more that it usually shows the first option available, which is the highest vg percentage for a juice. Personally, I'd go higher pg on all, 30% vg for the aromatic, 30% or 50% vg for Gold Rising, and 50/50 for the rest. Personal preference though; if you like high vg go for it.

Thanks Jerms. You mentioned that before, but I didn't follow. Now I see what you mean.

Looks like a good list. After trying fully steeped GM and Mambo last night though I give the edge to Mambo.

I've done this before and I'm sure I'll do it again. Car-Mal-Mambo and Gold Member are both indescribably good. Gold Rising didn't work out after an 8-week steep but these two transformed magically. That's a long time to let alchemy happen, but if you buy either of these, do like me and let them sit and sit and sit.

I actually had Gold Member in my cart first, but then decided to switch it out to Gold Rising. I definitely want to try the Gold Member in the future!

I think Smokin Cherries is the strongest tobacco by far, among those you listed. But, hey, I think Devil Dog is mild and smooth -- which most people find insane.

BTW, I'm trying the GoodeJuice cherry tobacco right now and (it's only ten days old, so don't write this in stone, but. . .) it's awful. The cherry flavoring -- it's clearly not cherries extracted with tobacco like Smokin C -- is typical e-liquid cherry flavor. Yuck. Twice yuck.

I found Smokin Cherries to be just a little stronger tobacco than SGP, less than Vurley. 9 out of 10 vapers will probably find most of the aros just too much bacco to enjoy. The first time I saw someone mention that SGP was way to strong tobacco without much peach I found it odd at first, then realized that was probably a normal reaction lol.

Too bad about the GeJ cherry-bacco. If I never find another awesome cherry-bacco that's ok, got 3 I love already. You going to try N-E-T's new black cherry tobacco?

I haven't ever really wanted tobacco juices and have actually not tried many. The only one I have kept around is Mom & Pop Tobacco Haze which is an occasional vape for me. I tried VCV Burley Beard when they sent a sample bottle and it was OK, but just not for me. Then I sampled VCV White Beard, loved it, and ordered a bottle. It is right up my alley! They describe it as a medium tobacco with butterscotch and custard flavors. I also got their Blue Beard but haven't tried it yet. Over the weekend I picked up another tobacco juice from a B&M called Captain Black. It is on the mild side with honey and vanilla notes.

Now I am really interested in trying Ahlusion tobaccos since I love pretty much everything else Ahlusion. I don't want anything really overpowering. I was thinking more of a balanced blend. From everything that I have read, I was considering starting with the Vanilla Wild Wood and either Gold Rising or Caramel Wild Wood.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

I would say stick to the Wild Woods. Also, get a 10 mL of Smooth Criminal, open it once you get it (just take the top off, shake it up, replace the top), and enjoy it for December vaping.

Yeah...the WWs sounded like the best bet. I hadn't considered SC. Thanks!

I agree with this. WW has great flavor; it is noticably a tobacco flavored vape without having those stronger, authentic smoked tobacco notes that may turn off those timid with tobacco. Worth a try no matter where someones prefence falls for tobacco impact. And Smooth Criminal.. just because it's Smooth Criminal. I'd suggest trying it early though if someone enjoys dessertish tobacco, with the understanding it'll morph as it ages.
