I've tried a few Ahlusion flavors (both Express and custom) and I can honestly say that there is not one among them that I feel that I cannot live without, not even the highly rated Smooth Criminal. I few of them have a somewhat pleasing harshness to them that keeps me from vaping them too often. All of these, including the Express, were left to steep for at least 2-6 weeks (more in the case of those with an asterisk). Off the top of my head, I've tried:

Blueberry Vanilla Cake - OK, not great, has that harshness that I mentioned, but some sweetness though
Tiramisu - All I get is a very enjoyable coffee, just not my favorite dessert :(
Star Dust - Similar to my feelings about BVC
*Cara-Mambo - Not bad, but I haven't been able to get a lot of vapor from this one. Will try different clearos/coil heads to see if it changes. Very faint caramel flavor (I adore caramel, so I want more!).
*Smooth Criminal - I get a very light, honey flavor and that's pretty much it
Winter Wild Wood - a sweet, slightly cooling tobacco and oddly my favorite of the bunch, which I might just have to reorder
*Mango Tango (<-- Not sure of the exact name, as I can't open the Ahlusion site; I'll correct this when I can) - Just... Ewww (and I adore mango)!

Mind you all of these were tested in some form of clearo (Evod, mini T3S, CE5/CE6, etc.) with either a standard eGo or one of my Spinners. That's the way I vape and I don't see myself veering too far from it in the near future, so if something doesn't taste good in one of those, I don't want it. Cartos are a PITA, I don't own a dripper, and I'd rather just spend my money on more juice, than a mod that looks like a Light Saber or some cigarette-box looking contraption... I want simplicity, convenience, and portability, damn it. :)

I do have a few Express flavors that I haven't tried yet and (don't get me wrong) I really do WANT to love these, but none of the flavors are making me crave them yet. Besides, I got a 15% off code that I haven't even got a chance to use yet! Maybe something will click with me at some point, but right now, the only one that doesn't taste like anything else that I've tried anywhere else is the WWW. :::shrug:::

My four that I bought I'm not flipping over, yet. The Cafe Au Lait, right now, tastes super strong w/no sweetener like black coffee. Spiced Pumpkin doesn't taste like anything yet and neither does Chocolate Hazelnut. Mojito Cubano tastes strange and I'm a Mojito freak. But tried the Mojito again today, it tastes better!!! I know some juices I've had in the past get better when the heat in the tank hits them so I was hoping that "trick" would work with one of these as well. So back to steeping they all go.

I was given by an awesome person a steeped sample of Mango Lassi...OMG, it is the best stuff ever. So, because I know where an aged Ahl juice can taste like, I'm willing to go three months before I nix out a flavor. And I hate to say it, but SC was way too strong/manly/pipe or cigar tasting for me.

I ordered today Blueberry Vanilla Cake, Lime Cream, Ricks Request, Raspberry Cream and of course, more Mango Lassi!

I got Spiced Pumpkin a few days ago, too, and am not pleased. It neither tastes like pumpkin nor a latte nor any spice you'd associate with pumpkin (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, molasses, anything). Instead, it's a nondescript potpourri, something from a crafts shop and not for human consumption. It's rare that this has happened for me with Ahl, but it has happened. Tiramisu, as well, never approximated its namesake even after four months of steeping. Let's steep the pumpkin and see. Sometimes they become butterflies (as Car-Mal-Mambo did for for me) and sometimes they stay caterpillars. Surprised to hear that the Choco Hazelnut is off, as Tell-A-Nut, which should be the same thing is spot on. I'd try that instead. Thanks for warning me away from the mojito. Your next order is all winners, though (can't speak for the new raspberry cream which I haven't tried). I'd also recommend the Papaya Lassi, and for anyone who likes lemon cream, try Zing! with the "sweet lemon" variant selected. That one surprised me. I'm down to ordering the final few I haven't yet had and wasn't especially looking forward to Zing! but loved it.

Got my order in today, woohoo! Now just eagerly anticipating my Raspberry Cream! And the others too!

Now a dumb question, only because I didn't see any warnings on Ahlusion's website and want to know...Do I need to put Lime Cream in a PT? Or is it clearo friendly? Same question for Pineapple Cream, although I can't see why that one wouldn't be okay in a clearo, just want to err on the side of caution! Same with Lemon Cream when it arrives hopefully next week... :)

ETA: Have a sample of Papaya Lassi, I cannot wait to try! I was hesitant to order the Lassi flavors only because I have no idea what a Lassi actually tastes like, but I am looking forward to these!

Debbie- not sure how you steeped them or anything, but I had that harshness a bit when I first got mine in. After they sat in a clearo a while, it disappeared...Other than that, not sure. I honestly haven't received anything from Ahlusion I did not like. I have no doubt there are some I wouldn't like, there are a few I have gotten that I like but wouldn't reorder. But most of them I absolutely love. I'm not sure what types of flavors you like, if you got them sweetened or not, etc. I know I have to have Coco Berry Cream, Red White and Blueberry, Pink Label Juice, Fijian Nights, Boba Tea and Strawberry Vanilla Cake. :) I hope they improve for you or you find some flavors you like better.

I'm not giving up yet and not saying at all to avoid what I have right now (like Mojito) because they may need more aging.. I've had these all about 4 weeks, but never took the cap off (DUH) for the first week & a half so these flavors will hopefully develop more. And I agree w/u on the Spiced Pumpkin, I get nothing, but it maybe a juice that needs a lot longer steep. Who knows.

I almost got Papaya Lassi, acutally there were five I was 100% completely torn on. I wrote them all down on pieces of paper and blindly picked...Lime Cream won the draw! LOLOL

Everyone here loves Ahlusion. I'm sure we also vape other vendors' liquids. I suspect a shared love of Ahlusion makes your opinions on the others more valuable to me. I'd like to you to list your desert island liquids, only the very best of the best. Lead me to the rest of the best!

In no particular order, mine are:
Ahl - Smooth Criminal, Deal Maker, Desperado, Rick's Request, Ice Kiss (Cool RTB and Cool Blend are contenders in the same menthol category), Cantal-Berry Ice (Stardust and Melon-Berry Frost contend in the same fruit-menthol category). I think there's about 9 Ahl juices I haven't yet tried, and four of them are champagne jobs.

HHV - Dragon Fire, Heavenly Tobacco, Huntsman, Serendipity

Plume Room - "Oh U Mad" introduced me to these in this thread when he stormed off with popular opinion and unable to buy from Ahl - Candied Cavendish, with Honey and Fig, Burley and Candy, Smooth and Mild being contenders. I have the rest of their inventory en route now.

AVE - Boba's Bounty and Gorilla Juice.

Mad Murdoch - Pluid (Word to the wise: 710 is wretched junk, avoid it.)

Mount Baker Vapor - Rad Energy Drink, bootleg Rockstar, and counterfeit Monster. Great service, dirt cheap, and my guilty pleasure for garbage energy drink juices.

I've also tried Halo, BWB, Copper Creek, NLV, S&Smods, Roar, Vermillion River, Five Pawns, Vapor Station, Hurricane, AiV, Want2Vape, Vapor Meister, VaporChef, and god knows what else.

A word of caution about using Stevia as a sweetener in eliquids. They come from Kurt, an ECF veteran, our resident chemist and my DIY guru. I'm just reporting--I don't use Stevia myself.

Katya, thanks for sharing the above, especially since I wasn't very specific in any of my recommendations to people about trying liquid Stevia to sweeten up a juice.

When I have used it, I do so only a tank or single serving at a time, i.e. 1 drop in an RBA to 8 drops of juice. It's harder to accomplish in a regular atty dripper since you're limited to the number of drops you can use and it might wind up too sweet. But I definitely wouldn't want to see anyone adding it directly into their full juice bottle. And your links above demonstrate why not.

And of course, if in your testing, you find that sweetening up a particular juice a bit does make you like it more, then definitely have Wlad work his magic on it as his way of sweetening is much better than just adding a couple drops of sweetener. :D

I ordered Chocolate Cream with sweetener and it was not to my liking. The added sweetener gave it an artificial taste it did not otherwise have. Of course, I still vaped it....
The only Ahlusion juice I've found so far that I prefer with sweetener are the ones containing the darker chocolate like Tiramisu, though YMMV of course. ;) To me, it sort of brings the chocolate flavor back to more of a semi-sweet dark chocolate bar instead of an unsweetened one (ever try 87% or 91% dark?). Obviously the other flavors in the juice play into it as well, possibly adding some sweet back in, but I definitely think the more milky chocolates, like Chocolate Cream Bryan mentioned, probably wouldn't really need it, though I've yet to try one to verify.

All that said, I did just order some Pumpkin Spice Latte this weekend and jumped right into a 30ml instead of testing it first because I love pumpkin and I'm blasting through my AiV Punkin Tumble so fast that I needed another larger bottle of more pumpkin here! I didn't choose the sweetener option on the Pumpkin Spice Latte however so I'm hoping there's enough sweet in there for me with the other ingredients. I usually add sweetener to my coffee, and love the sweetness of Starbuck's Pumpkin Spice Latte as well, so I'll be curious to see how this one pans out for me. AngieBe, I'll be curious to hear if any sweetness eventually pops with yours. :)

I love Ahlusion, too -- more than any -- but that's like discovering the Beatles and declaring that no other music merits a listen.

No, not to me....to me it's about finding exactly what works for me, what I enjoy & all I need to not smoke. Trust me, I have tried many, many other vendors also. Over three years since I had my last cig, so I don't think I'm doing too bad, ;)

I am definetly not saying everyone should stick with one vendor....this just happens to be what I choose to do, that's all. :)

Or maybe its because your lucky (and yes, I'm jealous) that you happen to live in Michigan and visit Alh in person?!?!?!? BTW, how far are they from Rochester Hills or Muskegon...I have relatives in both I may have to "visit" soon..but...I just may have to make a pit stop at Ahl first. :p

I have actually visited Ahlusion's Cafe ;), but only once so far. They are about 1.5+ hrs. North of me, so it's a little bit of a drive & not always easy to get their when they're open. Once the Ann Arbor store opens, that will only be a 30 minute drive, so excited about that! Not really sure how far I am from Rochester Hills, but can tell you Muskegon is quite a ways from me. I live 30 miles south of Ann Arbor & about 30 miles north of the Michigan/Ohio boarder. Would love to meet some of you great folks at Ahlusion some day tho!! :)

Muskegon is on Lake Michigan, over two hours NW of Ahlusion -- which is in a suburb of Flint. Rochester Hills, however, is about halfway between Ahlusion and Mr. Mann, about a half-hour away from each.

Tyleris, where do you live?
