No, not to me....to me it's about finding exactly what works for me, what I enjoy & all I need to not smoke. Trust me, I have tried many, many other vendors also. Over three years since I had my last cig, so I don't think I'm doing too bad,
I am definetly not saying everyone should stick with one vendor....this just happens to be what I choose to do, that's all.
Whatever works. I need some Stones in my life as well is all.

I really had to think about this---if someone only buys their liquid from Ahlusion (or any one vendor), it's more than a parallel to being exclusive to, or a listener to one band, it's about being exclusive to a brand. It would be like only buying your clothing from one store that has their own lines of clothing. Hey, sometimes certain brands fit some people better than any other, so I totally get why they stick with it. Me though, I have my favorite brand, but I am Voltron-like in my attire. But, if I had to choose one, I would choose the one that could do any and everything that anyone else could do--and I wouldn't even have to leave my state. Win/win.

If it came down to one vendor Ahlusion is mine, but it doesn't. That's why I want to pick your brains for other great vendors. Cos if we share a love for Ahlusion, surely we have something in common.

Looks like I need to visit my sister in law then in Rochester Hills then take a quick 40 mins or so road trip noth to Flint area! Not really fair Ahl is opening ANOTHER store in Mi!!! Indiana is a great place....HINT HINT to Alh.
Too bad I didn't still work for my previous company.. Headquarters in Grand Rapids with warehouses all around Mi and we had a ton of meetings up there...would have been so easy to stop off in Flint! Wish I had started vaping about a year and a half ago

Yeah, but they didn't have a store then anyway. It just opened this spring.
OH! Didn't know that. But how long have they been around selling juices on the Internet? Saw they had a store in N.C. too so three stores in about a yr...good for them! Obviously business is booming for them which is great to hear.
Man. Still no feedback email for my Sept 10th order. I used the "contact us" form twice and got no response. Like, no response. Ouch. I mean.. what should I do? Chalk it up, call them, wait and hope, stamp my feet and vow to never order again? (ha)
You know, my husband was seriously considering a job in Ann Arbor last March. I wasn't on board with it tho, because at that time, we had only been living in Minnesota for 8 months. So to sell a house, buy a house, and move to another state twice in one year seemed really excessive, even tho the job sounded pretty good.. but maybe if I had known about Ahlusions at that time, we'd be living a different life. Probably not, but maybe. Hell, we took the move here because it's close to Mall of America, or Mecca as I like to call it.
I have Vermillion river HQ right in my backyard. I like their stuff an awful lot, but they're kindof a one trick pony. And The Plume Room is in Winona, MN, about 2 hours from me. But as far as I know, they do not have a retail location/tasting bar.
Next on my list to try is the Caramel Wild Wood, Maple River Tree, possibly Desperado if I like the sample.. Then I'm still on the fence about deal maker, and cha yen cardamom. I really wish Wlad did a butterscotch variety.. I've been craving for one lately and all I have on hand is a cafe ecig (B&M) Butter Rum and McBakers Butterscotch... yeah, they're not cutting it.

After having tried over 170 juices I would say the analogy is more like having to choose between the Beatles and Muzak. My tastebuds understand perfectly why Wlad makes more than eighty percent of Ahlusion's flavor bases.
SharonMM... you might try giving them a call. I think there have just been a lot of issues with the recent changes. I know one time I had an issue with the site, called the number Wlad answered and was very pleased I made him aware of the issue (seriously don't even remember what it was) They really care about their business, think they've just grown so quickly and they are only human..so give them a call and I'm sure any questions/issues you have will be addressed.
Yeah... Idk... I mean, I emailed two times. I don't want to be like the psycho girlfriend that can't take the hint. Maybe I'll give it another week. Customer service has been stellar up to this point, so I'll give the benefit of the doubt.
@GameDesigner- I have a really hard time naming favorite vendors. I think more often than not, my the places my favorite juices come from are lucky to deliver one or two that are on the same level. Ahlusion probably gets more reorders from me than other... but at three, I don't know what that's saying. I'm looking hard to add another one tho, and I feel more confidence ordering from them vs. elsewhere.

But seriously if you don't hear something by mid week please give them a call. I've been vaping for more than three years and dealt with several great companies but do put Ahlusion at the top of my list. I know Wlad wouldn't be happy to know something fell through the cracks (if that is what happened) give them a chance.

Thanks Iowa Gal. I agree ahlusion is top notch on every level. I've never had any issues with service, and I know they've been busy with the website and all.. so I'm definitely not passing judgement. I'll probably give them a call soon.
I am in the same boat as you. Want to send emails and maybe call, but don't want to push. Few more days....
Well I'm glad its not just me. They must be still catching up from the website change. But at least I don't have to take it personally.
Ladies, I've found my direct conversations with Wlad to be very respectful and open to changes and tweaks. He strikes me as a no nonsense kinda guy who would like to know about these issues so he can fix them. Briefly, when you tear apart a server and rebuild a site a lot of issues can appear that previously worked fine. YOUR issues may in fact be systemic in nature so he fixes your issues and this action also fixes the other 30 customer glitches which were caused by the same event.

I have a feeling that they may be doing a lot of the 'extras' for their website by oldest to newest order. Or maybe we do need to be more proactive. If you need to order I bet a phone call will get the ball moving. I have just been letting the dust settle since I am not in dire need at the moment. But the phone call will happen next week for me if an email does not do the trick.
Yeah.. maybe its an omen.. like STOP BUYING JUICE ALREADY lol. I'm not in dire need either.. but yet, I am.
