Interesting. My tendency is toward high VG on desserts, but I always wind up chickening out and going for 50/50. I guess it's mainly cos I always seem to read that PG brings flavor out better. What was your rationale for such high VG on this one?

In this case I think it was a matter of Ahlusion having updated the default ratios on each blend to reflect Wlad's ideal balance. That or the fact that throat hit no longer matters to me (oh Lord did it ever when I started vaping). The flavor in all of these high VG mixes I received today is impressive though. It's funny that you mention it because I also have Boba Tea (plain) in 30vg/70pg and 70vg/30pg and noticed the difference was extraordinary. That discovery came a few backs and so it's also possible that I started reversing my ratios afterwards.

Mozzer if you don;t mind me asking, what do you spend a month on mods? I'm always tempted, and can afford the stuff but it would compete with a few of my totally frivolous hobbies such as collecting large diecast commercial airliner models.

I'm actually nearly done buying. I ordered the Kraken 2 months ago, it just took that long to arrive. I also have a Chi Sleek and brass Chi You coming that I ordered a couple of months ago. They should arrive later this month, or early December. I'm on the list for a Celeste Nemesis, but no idea how long that will take. Maybe 1st quarter of next year. Huge demand for those and one guy making them. Lastly, I'm waiting for Atmomixani to release their pump dripper, called the 3D. Anyway, I'm probably into them for around $2k or something. I'd rather not do the actual math. heh oi. I've been vaping for a little over 5 months.

I'm not in the most articulate mood, but based on memory I'd argue that I felt the vape much more at the higher PG but tasted it much more when the VG was dominant. That savory/starchy tapioca pearl taste comes through to a whole 'nother extent when VG predominates.

By "default", are you referring to the drop-down menus that they have for each juice? Someone, Mr. Mann I think, posted that it just defaults to the first of the available ones for that particular juice. It's not a recommended ratio or anything.

I'm with you guys on TH these days. I don't really notice it unless it's completely absent, like with Cafe Au Lait. I don't mind the absence of it in that one, it's just sort of interesting. Most other juices are about the same for TH for me.

It's possible that I'm in a particularly generous mood thanks to the Banana Cream Pie almost instantly making my top 10 list. It's also possible that the allegedly enigmatic Pluid is simply an "absinthe/anise" with some citrus and food coloring added. Whatever the case, Lemon Fairy is as good as Pluid which I like a lot. It lacks the sort of scary heaviness that Pluid has (ever see small chunks of that stuff stick to the sides of your tanks and think twice about it?); it's a whole lot cheaper than VapingWatch's prices and absurd shipping fees; it might just be the better blend; and I can add it to my next order at my favorite vendor. Thumbs up on Lemon Fairy.

That should be a great month to buy. With full respect to Svoe Mesto for creating the original Kayfun, the clones are getting really good. The Russian is outstanding and costs around $70 less than the original. The EHPro 3.1 clone has a flaw, but the company is working on it. Hcigar -- probably the best China clone company -- has a 3.1 clone dropping soon.

It's a bit of a different beast. The Kayfun 3.1 is a really complex atomizer. There are certainly some similarities between it and bottom-coil clearomizers, but the Kayfun offers more versatility and better flavor (if build properly).

It's odd how my vaping habits have changed over the months. For the first few months I didn't dare take anything other than tobacco to work. I'd try the other stuff at home when I could run back to mother tobacco if nothing was satisfying to the same extent. Nowadays I seem to vape fruits and drinks early in the day, desserts afternoon, and indulge in my favorite "tobaccos" at night.

That's been one of my favorite parts of vaping. When I started, I wouldn't have guessed that I'd enjoy so many bakery, fruit, tea, etc. juices. Ahlusion was a big part of that, of course. Many top e-liquid companies have a strength or two. Ahlusion is unusual in that it does so many things so well. Wlad's recipes are amazing and his original flavorings are mostly excellent. While there are many great juices made with flavorings from one of the major companies, I really appreciate that Ahlusion makes 80 percent of its own.

SvoëMesto have actually adopted the Russian air flow control (or similar) in their latest Lite model. I think they've dropped the price a bit, as well. Can get it for $99 at vaperev.

Hahaha, it was Hurricane Vapor, but not the one you sent me GD. I actually really liked that one, and bought a 30ml of it, and rebottled some for Moz to try. I was desperately trying to impress, but it appears that I have failed.

I thought the same thing... but that's kindof a crazy claim to make because there is literally nothing in common except cinnamon.. But yeah, for whatever reason CRA comes across very much like anise instead. When you vape them side by side you notice the differences more, but I love them both.

I wondered about the "default" ratios, because it's easy to forget to set those, and the descriptions all seem to note different "suggested" ratios from what the defaults are. Most of them say "an even ratio" is ideal, with some exceptions (tobaccos seems to be ideal at higher PG).

Personally, I prefer the 3.1 since it has holes on both posts. I like using ribbon and the 3.1 is much easier to work with for that.

You certainly didn't fail to impress! The Tribeca and Pirate's Brew are outstanding. It was you that tempted me into ordering Boba Tea, as well, and that's an absolute fav. Really enjoying it today, too. I missed it! Too many damned juices! lol
