My first order:

Smooth Criminal
Coco Berry Cream
Caramel Wildwood

Sweet Cherry Something (sample)

12mg, 50/50 all unsweetened.

I have to tell you, this was the hardest first order I've ever made, just because of having to narrow it down to so few when I wanted to try so many. I never put this much effort into choosing e-liquid before.

Thanks everybody for the guidance and advice you gave. I really appreciate it.

And currently vaping: Caramel Wild Wood :2cool:

It was a hard choice to try Smooth Criminal or Peachy Criminal first because of you! I finally decided to try it plain first before fancy-ing it up. But I definitely will try Peachy next time. That is, if I like Smooth Criminal. I bet I will, though. :)

Congrats on your first order! :)

I was looking forward to my next one.....until I discovered the infamous $9.84 + foreign trans fee scam on my credit card account yesterday. They hit me twice in the same day. I immediately called and canceled the card. Now I can't buy anything online. There is no way I'll use my debit (bank) card online. Supposedly it will take 7-10 business days to get the replacement card.

Fortunately, I have plenty of juice to make it through - but I'll be running out of Ahlusion before then.

On the bright side, accidentally added Cha Yen Cardamom to my Peachy Criminal tank...... really nice!

Oh, no. That's terrible! I haven't heard of this "infamous $9.84 + foreign trans fee scam" before. I'm so sorry it happened to you. Should I be worried?

Luckily you probably caught it early, maybe you will get replacement cards sooner.

I enjoyed my NT stuff when I had it, but I won't be ordering again. I feel much more secure buying from Ahlusion for a few reasons:

1. They don't use diacityl or their substitutes.
2. They package in sealed, glass bottles.
3. Their stuff is mixed in a lab.

NT doesn't match any of that criteria. It just seems like these smaller outfits who are working out of their homes leave too many things to chance. I'm not a safety nerd by any means but for around the same money, I can buy ahlusion and have peace of mind.

You make good points. Other than #2, I don't know if they are valid.

Anyway, not wanting to beat on an expired equine here. Just had to clarify for the record. Carry on. And thank you.

I am concerned when I see a post like yours. It leads people to believe that "diacityl or their substitutes" are used in NT's liquids. This is not the case and it is inflammatory to imply that it is.

How do you know it's not the case? Does Nicoticket have the flavorings they use tested? How do they make custard flavors without Diacetyl or one of the substitutes?

These are the issues that are going to make it easy for the FDA to regulate bottled e-liquid with a heavy hand. I have no use or sympathy for the juice vendors that tiptoe around this. You, glowplug, should call the owner and ask him outright how he produces custard vapes without diacetyl. Or ask in his vendor thread.

This thread concerns a juice vendor who is beyond careful in producing safe products, tests his flavorings and liquids extensively, and simply doesn't produce liquids that require questionable contents.

Don't worry - just check your statements as often as you can and call the issuer immediately with anything suspicious. Many people from ECF have been hit with this...but it's not tied to any specific vendors. The guy from my card issuer told me it's a credit card processing company(s).....they still don't have it figured out yet. Everyone gets hit with this $9.84 amount, and it's coming from "vendors" located all over the world. You'd think this figure would be flagged by all cc issuers by now.

If I had not heard about this here on ECF, I probably would not have been keeping close tabs on the account.

Got hit in that scam too, noticed it on Christmas eve. Luckily you probably caught it early, maybe you will get replacement cards sooner.

Supposedly it's on its way. If I have to wait too long, I'll get a prepaid card I can load with the amount I intend to spend right away. In fact, this makes sense to do all the time, actually!

On another topic, I'm one of those people who would love an option for the 30ml quantity to come in a plastic bottle with a dropper tip. The cobalt glass bottles are pretty but for me, too easy to spill the whole thing.....and I don't like having to constantly decant.

I'm not sure if I've talked about Smooth & Mild from ThePlumeRoom on this thread. It's a juice I think would work really well for Smooth Criminal fans, especially those who like Smooth Criminal after a long steep.

It's easily my favorite non-NET tobacco flavor. It has such a smooth and tasty aspect like SC that makes it so easy to vape and very addictive. S&M also ages really well. It doesn't make any drastic changes with age, but it does become every better the older it gets. Vaping several months old S&M and some 7 month old SC is interesting. The tobacco flavor profile is different, but I enjoy them in about the exact same way for the same reasons. When I'm in the mood for a really good tobacco vape that is both fairly mild but also full of flavor, either one will make me just as happy.

Not that I think all SC fans will like S&M as much as me, but I think a few would. Not so much that they taste the same, more that they both scratch the same itch but in their own way.

My favorite tobaccos right now are CWW and SC from Ahlusion and S&M and Burley & Candy from The Plume Room. I have two on hand at all times anymore. OOB I wasn't too sure about S&M, but I revisited it after a few weeks and it really worked for me. I think the TPR tobaccos are "dry" in a way that reminds me of analogs and that's one of the reasons I like them.

A page or 2 (or 3) back, I saw someones post saying that Ahl's strawberry is not their best. Can someone be more specific, b/c I was planning to include Sweet Strawberry in my first order. I'm looking for realistic strawberry flavor, not candy. It can be sweet, but I want it to taste like a strawberry. Also, any recommendations for a mild tobacco, by which I mean one that is closer to a cigarette tobacco than a strong, sweet pipe or cigar tobacco?

Yeah, I would disagree with that. The SVC, Strawberry Cream and Strawberry & Banana are all worth trying. I really enjoy the Strawberry Cream (I haven't had an Ahlusion fruit cream I didn't like), but S&B is my favorite Ahlusion strawberry right now. Both the strawberry and banana flavors are very realistic and blend really well.

If you like citrus, do yourself a favor and order Lemon Cream. After about two weeks it is pure perfection.

Heh. Apparently glowplug got himself edjumacted on the facts, and therefore edited his erroneous original post.

Damn facts are stubborn things!

All over the place
I am going to be a Grandmother at any moment now. They are having my first Grandson and are at the hospital.

They refuse to name him Ahlusion, not even for a middle name.

I know. Bad of me. Could not help it. I am excited and on pins and needles, waiting.

Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
