Boba's Bounty treats atomizers like this scene in the film "Neverending Story." Atreyu has to walk through a valley where his heart is being judged and fear will have one......vaporized. :p Only the strongest can survive Boba's.

Oh my GOSH! What a great analogy!!

Yea, if it's good enough, gunk isn't a deal breaker for sure. When I think of gunk I think of Boba's going through a Protank Head. About 2.5 mls and it's all over. :D

I can only vape a couple ml of an aromatic before I need to dry burn. I'm pretty sensitive to gunk build-up though. With my rebuildable drippers it's easy enough to dry burn and put in a new cotton wick, but I still don't vape the aros as much as I would if they were cleaner.

Maple Burley was a surprise. Maple vapes usually taste odd to me, but the maple sugar flavor in that one is just.. wowsa. It plays perfectly with that robust Burley tobacco.

When a vendor figures out how to pack as much tobacco punch that's in the aro line into a juice that burns as clean as HHV and the non-aros, NET fans will jump all over it. I'll be one of the first in line, and no backsies damn-it! He budged!

That's so awesome to hear because usually with other vendors juices that I've tried(not all-just the few I've tried), the maple tastes like straight sugar.

Yes perfect! I so loved that move.

That is good to know, I've heard people say some maples taste fake (I think PBusardo mentioned that once), so I am glad I ordered that. With all that being said, I can get about 2-3 weeks out of a protank head with HHV, should I cut that time in half (or more?) for the Aros Ahlusion?

That scene gave me nightmares as a kid! A lot of the scenes in that movie did, but I still loved it.

I don't know what it is about maple in vapes, it often just tastes off to me. Ahl's maple has none of the funky weirdness I get from other maple syrup type flavors.

Yeah, cut that time in half, then in half again.. then probably again lol. I'm not sure how well the aros perform in a PT, but my guess is not that great. You may have to dry burn the head after every tank. I'm only guessing though, I've heard reports lately of people finding the aros to be fairly clean.

Thank you James, but I am familiar with Heather's and love it. Was just asking how the Ahlusions juices compare to Dragon's Fire and Legend which are favorite ADV's for me. I'm wanting something new for a change so I ordered Bluegrass Burley and Maple Burley. I don't mind strong tobacco flavor so I think I'll like them. Heather's aren't really overpowering but really tasty. Also, Heather's doesn't gunk up my coils as fast as juices from others, that's strange, but good. Hopefully Ahlusions will be the same.

The Aeromatics will gunk faster then the others

1 I would suggest would be Smooth criminal especially so after 6 weeks steep

This is new (for me): my clearomizer just gave up the ghost without warning. Just totally died. No vapor, no flavor, no heat, no nothing. Just dead. Gone to meet its maker. Pushing up the daisies. This is an ex-clearo! (I think the picture above of John Cleese is having an effect on me).

Usually they'll get gunked up and icky-tasting, and the vapor will gradually drop off. Never had one just stop working.

I'm guessing it's the distinction between maple sugar (Ahlusion) and maple syrup (most companies). I greatly prefer the lighter and more natural tasting maple sugar that Ahlusion uses.

Tell the shopkeeper "I purchased this clearo not half an hour ago from this very boutique..." and he'll just tell you it's pining.

I've had that happen to protank heads on occasion, not very often tho. I always carry a back-up PT filled and ready to go for just such an emergency.

That makes a lot of sense. Man...Wlad really did his research and knows what we would like!

What's your favorite juice from here Mia?

Well...it's a little complicated but I'll try to give you a decent answer.
My flavor profile is fruit, coconut, cream, tobacco, coffee, tea and then candy. In that order, though I like combinations of them best.

So after a lot of really fun agonizing, my first order was Caramel Wild Wood, which combines caramel and tobacco, and Coco Berry Cream, which combines strawberry, coconut and cream (a no-brainer for me), and Smooth Criminal (straight tobacco, but had to try it!) with a sample of Sweet Cherry Something (which was a little too delicate for me).

I can't say enough about Coco Berry Cream and Caramel Wild Wood. I know you love CWW too, so we don't need to torture poor Eleanor with how good it is. But to me, those two are fantastic!

I let Smooth Criminal steep for a while, then I liked it. And then I tried Peachy Criminal and it was even better.

Now here's where it gets a little complicated. Because I have a very good friend here, y cherry y, who was so generous he let me sample everything he has from Ahlusion and elsewhere, (and he has a LOT), I am lucky enough to have tried many, many juices that I would never have tried on my own, because they are HIS flavor profile, not MINE. He likes tobacco mainly, and doesn't get into many fruity mixes. Lucky for me, he's not into menthol!
However, some of those tobaccos I found out that I really, really like enough to order them.

Those are Shipwreck, Sahara Blend, Peachy Criminal, and JG Blend (a mixture of coffee and tobacco).
I tried the Wild Woods, and they are all excellent. CWW is still my top #1 favorite, though.

River Tree and House Blends were good, but not that jaw dropping for me.
Ahlusion's teas are good if you like teas. I liked Boba Tea (Coconut) and Berry Shangri-la (tea, fruit, coconut), best of all, then Caramel Pear Black Tea, (At first it tasted kind of like celery to me, but it was pear skin.)
Vanilla Black Tea and Michigan Cherry Tea are also good.

I've tried a few coffees, like Kona Kick and Peppermint Mocha and they were good, but I'm hard to please when it comes to coffee. I haven't tried Kent's Blend yet.
I didn't like only a few. Those were Blue Fairy, and Ginger Orange Oolong. I'm not a fan of orange or absinthe.
Devil Dog was too "he-man" for me... I guess I need another flavor added in, and Devil Dog is just tobacco. Like take the Cocoa out of Cocoa Blend, and there is Devil Dog. But I did like Vurley, Cocoa Blend and Maple Burley in small doses. Haven't tried Blue Grass Burley yet, and I'm not in a hurry! I will eventually.

There are many, many more I've tried, but what I want to do is listen to people here who seem to share some of my flavor profile, like Vagabondnurse, for example. There are a lot of others that I pay close attention to, but I can't list them all here. And I'm always looking for suggestions, too.

I can tell you my next order is going to be Ahlusion Mocha, Shipwreck, Chocolate Coconut Almond, Raspberry Cream, Lemon Cream, and Mango Colada, and maybe Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Now that is going to be fun!
:p

Happened to me, too. It was the connector pin on the bottom. Got pushed in too far. Pry it out a little and see if that fixes it for you!

I am thinking about buying an apple tobacco..which of the 3 (wildwood, house blend or river) is the best? Can anyone compare the 3 for me? This will be my first Ahlusion purchase. TIA!

pipster, I hope someone can answer this accurately for you.

I've not had Apple River Tree Blend or Apple House Blend. I am unfortunately not very interested in apple tobaccos. I do favor the Wild Woods the most between those three blends.

The Apple House Blend will have the lowest tobacco impact. The River Tree Blends have more tobacco impact than the House Blends and a smokey tinge to it. The Wild Woods are touted as an improvement upon the River Tree Blends (I tend to agree with this assessment), so they will be similar.
