It is my 4 Month Anniversary today off of the Analogs.

In the short time I have been here, I am a card carrying member of the Lemon Cream Camp, and I think my position in the Vanilla Vanguard is Vice President.

It has been quite the journey and I wish to Thank You peoples for all of your helpful suggestions. I enjoy reading all of your writings, and all of you have made my journey easier. I am also extremely thankful that I found Ahlusion for their incredible products.

Whew, I hate Lent . . . Thank goodness for Shipwreck and Boba Tea Coffee, as they are getting me through my Wild Wood desert, um, adequately . . .

(I've just seemed to be off Sahara Blend and Jungle juice lately. I'm loving my Mangoes and Cherries, but I don't seem to want no doggone bananas!)

For me it is really important to make sure I am drinking enough water while I pretty much chain vape all day. I have found that when I get busy or distracted and do not drink a lot of water all my juices taste off. I can now tell when I am crossing that dehydrated line usually. It is amazing to me how much that water makes a difference in my vaping experience. Other fluids like coffee or tea do not work like water does.

You're not alone young lady Actually coffee and tea are a Diuretic which basically sucks water out of your system and often causes you to visit the lady's room more frequently. I also use Biotene and a few others methods to "maintain" my "buds". The funniest for me is to start a vape session with a "mint" to suck on which sooths my throat. Enter Peppermint Bark. Followed by you name it which sometimes vape even better than they would if I started with them.

The KF and crew methinks hits people different ways. For me, it was a freight train travelling at 200 MPH and WOW did I get wired the first few days. Never did lower the NIC level. Then I think my body began to adjust a little but I still need to be very careful later in the evening so I switch to juice with strong dominant tones and use my PT2. Along with zero NIC or very low NIC in my KF gang or dripper.

I just realized I didn't get mine either, from an order placed around the same time. I vaguely remember reading that they had some email issues then, and I am going to contact them and let them know. You might do the same. I think they'll probably send one.

Does anybody know if it would be safe to use Ahlusion's Citrus Bliss in a Kayfun with the polycarbonate window?

I went through a full 30ml bottle of Citrus Bliss in my KFL (poly window) without any issues. I like Ahlusion because i dont need to worry about any flavors cracking my tanks. I think even the Zing (lemon) flavor is safe for plastic

Busted out my sample of Jungle Juice today. I love the banana flavor. A lot of companies use banana flavoring that tastes like Now and Later candy. That flavoring makes me gag. Ahlusion's is pretty nice -- sweet, but not artificial tasting or chemical-y. I'm enjoying this juice, but want more of a tobacco oomph. Too bad there's not a Banana Wild Wood.

I have been able to drop down from my first 5 months of vaping at 24mg to 18mg. Now the round of Ahlusion juices I have bought since the holidays are at the 12mg level in anticipation of my Russian 91% arriving. I find I am vaping more at that level when using my 510 attys and dripping, but I do not want to go through the few months of pretty sleepless nights I was doing while chain vaping 24mg to keep from picking up a cigarette.

I am now vaping more for the flavor than the rush of nicotine. I am enjoying Ahlusion flavors more. I do find that I still need the nicotine though.

And lots and lots of water. And my pv and a bathroom. lol

ShariR I hope the 12mg works for you. I had issues, bad chain vaping-not satisfied- issues with the 12mg. I bought more of the same flavs in 18mg and just mix in a little of the 12 to not waste it. It's working.

I am not sure how the 12mg is working as of yet. I still have some 24mg that I vape once in a while. And some 18mg. I have not been able to stay just on the 12mg for more than a day or so. The difference is enough that I am having some issues but no craving for a cigarette. So I am trying to give it some time.

The 12mg is really for what I have been reading and hearing about the umph of the Russian 91% where people are dropping their nic levels. If I find it is not so for me I can always just get my flavors in 18mg again. Or even 24mg and mix it with the 12mg if need be. We will see down the road how it goes. Thank you for relating your experience about it to me.

Should be safe, they usually note on the juice product page if it is not safe for tank use.

I'll either use Google or Yelp to find stuff in a new area with something like "vape shop near me" or "walnut creek vape shop" etc.

There's some in Pleasant Hill and Concord but the one I've been to locally is Vapor 1 Lounge on North Broadway in Walnut Creek. They have some higher end equipment as well as starter stuff. They even talked me out of purchasing any drippers there because they didn't have anything to meet my criteria. They carried Provari's, I think they had a real Chi You, a Hades mod, they build coils there and will let you try any juice they sell (out of their clearo or your dripper). They even gave me the names of some other shops in the area where they hang out, SF Vapors and Dream Cloud Vapor both in the Mission and across the street from each other. One even has an attached Filipino restaurant. And even Platinum Vape in Hayward and Ecig City 8 in San Jose.

So far I've only been to Vapor 1 in Walnut Creek and Platinum Vapes in Hayward. Platinum Vapes was quite cool, they were friendly and spent a fair amount of time helping me out. They carried Provari's, copper Ember mods, copper Da Iron Mods, Origen mods, Poldiac's, some nice drippers, a variety of juices, etc. One of the staff at Platinum Vapes was even familiar with Ahlusion (I always try to spread the Ahlusion good news) and said he wanted to try the Boba Tea. I went in looking for some unicorns (Cartel Stillare/Tobh/Omega dripper, a copper Stingray mod or something copper from Bay City Vapor, etc.) but of course those sell out quickly. Dennis and Josh at the shop were great and it appears that they have a small crowd at night that comes in just to hang out.

I mentioned I had just moved out from the east coast and the Platinum Vapes staff said they were surprised at my knowledge of equipment and such as I guess we get a bad rap out here. I said it was thanks to the people at ECF and reading. They even helped set up my new equipment that I eventually bought



My new west coast style setup: Poldiac v2 Uma 18650, Omega dripper and Innovapes(?) Pyrex and brass drip tip. They built me a dual coil in the dripper that's coming in at 0.39ohms (yes I'm using 30A batteries for safety) which was a bit higher than he was shooting for but dang it puts out some clouds. Now to just break in that dripper to get rid of the metallic taste. I got some nice juices as well.

Now if I can just get my Ahlusion feedback/coupon so I can snag some Coco Berry Cream... But wait! Maybe LisaR has some I can steal

I've been looking at the Vapor Lounge, and meaning to get out there. I'm glad to hear they seem to be pretty good. Another place that sounds interesting is 3 Kings in downtown Walnut Creek. Haven't made it there yet, either, though. None of these places were around when I started vaping just a year and a half ago. The best (semi) local game in town was way out in Oakland, Tasty Vapor. They still have a pretty good reputation, but they aren't necessarily the greatest to just go hang out and talk vapes.
