Woo-hoo!! I got vape mail from Ahlusion! So we need to talk about Lemon Cream, Raspberry Cream and Mango Colada! First, they all smell GREAT. I shook them really well first, then tasted them, just a little. They all taste GREAT! OK, now to vape. Which one first? All of them! Into clean cotton wicked and coiled RDAs they go. Here they are in front of me. I'm excited!
Here's my first impressions review.

Raspberry Cream first!
Very soft and creamy mouth-feel. Lush and warm, like raspberries picked in the heat of the day. A little tart, a little sweet. Like sweet and tart raspberries, drizzled with unsweetened cream. Absolutely no chemical or fake notes. This is the only raspberry ejuice I've ever tried that tastes REAL. One summer we picked raspberries all day, and I took some of them and made what I call "Raspberry Bomb". It was a liqueur basically. I remember taking tiny sips of it the following winter, and how it took me right back to the heat of summer as the dusky essence of raspberry filled my senses. This is something like that. It reminds me of summer sun and heat-lightning nights and cicadas. This is really, really exactly what I needed right now. I wonder how it would be, a little sweeter? I like it as it is, though. It's going in the Kayfun.

On to Lemon Cream!

It's so, so good. I'm safe!
I think it's actually a bit sweeter than the Raspberry Cream, strangely! Same soft, billowy mouth-feel, and clouds! Delicate lemon, not like a lemonade at all. More like if you took slightly sweetened whipped cream and mixed in finely grated lemon zest, no juice. It's all about the essence of lemon and balance. Very refreshing and light. No pucker, no bitter, and no Pledge. Lemon, and Cream. Lemon Cream! Lemon Cream perfection. Wow. This is also going into a Kayfun, definitely. But I only have one! And it's not really even mine, it's on loan from ycherryy. Uh-oh. I'll have to flip a coin.

I'm just sorry I waited so long to try these creams, but you bet I'll be trying them all now.

Now Mango Colada.
I notice the scent of coconut first, and I love coconut! Hmm... However, coconut isn't predominant when I vape it. Mango is the star, a very light, fresh and ripe mango. Nothing cloying or chemical anywhere, but I expect none from Ahlusion. Fresh, juicy mango, immediately followed by coconut and rum, and all three melded into one on exhale. Sweeter than the creams, but not a lot. It's creamy, too. That makes sense, since coladas are creamy. So I consider all three of these to be "creams". Wow, this is really good. It's mouth-wateringly good. A LOT of juicy flavor, but it's not at all heavy, and perfectly balanced. Refreshing and summery. I definitely want to vape this in the Kayfun. Some problems, huh?

I think I made good choices, because I love all three of these. I'm a very happy vaper today! And I think they read my feedback!

Wow, nice reviews! Might as well keep that Kayfun, coilmaster. I can't make it run like you do.

If there's been a big upswing recently though maybe they pulled them until they figure a way to make them one-time only? Just a thought, probably not the case. I also had this problem previously with the sleepless nights and wild dreams. Researched this on ECF and the best suggestion I found was to reduce your Nic level in the P.M. and it worked for me. If the 12 MG does not work during the day then set yourself a time in the P.M. such as 4:00 or 5:00 P.M. and try the 12 MG only until you retire for the evening.

This thread is so cool... somebody can help anybody with anything. Even the altering of nic level to support better sleep. Wowsa!

Pineapple Cream is in my Wish List.

Lemon Cream is really getting a hold of me now. The last two days I have been anxious to get home but not for the important stuff like relax, eat, etc.., but with the knowledge my P.M. toker is waiting and loaded with Lemon Cream.

My Lemon Cream seems to have lost a bit of the powdery sweetness that fills your mouth upon initial inhale. I think it is a more pronounced Lemon taste now and not bad but I was really digging that powder sugar tasting part. Luckily I am at the end of my second 30 ml and have another waiting

Whaa? Powdered Sugar? Did you order it sweetened? Might wanna back off that.

Just finishing 60 ml out of 90? Vape something else for a couple of days, weeks.

I figured it was time to move to an active location. I'm almost ready to start ordering my refreshing summer fruit blends, but I can sneak in a few more comforting and creamy varieties for the next couple of months.

Has anyone tried Menthol Ward? I ask because I'm sick and tempted to medi-vape myself. I've liked the "flurries" level of menthol added to some flavors when recommended. I find it more of a refreshing and cooling sensation than a "menthol" taste. So far Sleighride has been doing to trick to keep my head a little clear. I also hope that I'm still not this sick when an order arrives in 7-14 days.

Haven't tried the Ward but you can ask for extra mint in the Sleigh. I get it that way every time. How about Melon Berry Frost as a crossover to summer stuff? You can get it cranked up a bit.

Guess I need to email the mothership to ask about my latest feedback/coupon email since I haven't received it yet.

With this new dripper I got I'm finding that it was a good idea to buy juices with a lower nic content. I ADV 12mg in my Kayfun but when it comes to the Omega 6mg is almost too much. I was superficially unaware that excess nicotine would impact sleep. But it does make sense because nicotine is a stimulant that had a paradoxical effect of calming people. This is why many schizophrenics chain smoke because it provides them with a bit of calm/clarity. I knew one schizophrenic that smoked in excess of 4 packs/day.

Oh, and don't you just love it when you randomly check a website and they have a "unicorn item" in stock? Scored a Tobh RDA tonight from The Vape Theory website. They still have some for anyone interested.

I think I just may have built my first successful coil using the Artistic Wire Gizmo thingy. I used 30ga kanthal, 12 wraps on the smallest rod (1.22mm). Put it on my provari mini and it reads at 1.6ohms. The coil is incredibly tiny though. I tried to thread cotton through it for over 30 minutes and it was not going to happen. So I decided to just lovingly take my wispy bit of cotton and put it around and over the coil and a second tiny wisp over the top of the coil.

Oh, I did get it to glow nice and red and even before the cotton. Juiced it up with my CPBT and have been vaping it at 4.0 volts. The air hole is lined up good, not sure what height the coil should be from the deck so I guessed from memory of the one Akdare made me. So far I have not had a burnt hit off it but I am not getting a good full tasting vape from it. It is working, but not optimal.

I think I may build another one tomorrow and use the next bigger rod and less wraps. Am I hurting the atty or my provari by not putting the cotton through the center of the coil?

All in all I am quite proud of myself. DH was watching me and lending me moral support. He was also surprised that I did it, period. No videos or pictures or notes. Just did it. We will see how long it lasts.

And I just got notification that my Russian 91% will be here Friday or Saturday, so no waiting until May. Yay!!!

Congrats. That Gizmo makes wrapping a breeze. You'll get much better results tomorrow using the second smallest one, 1.5mm. The small one you did is a nano coil, usually made with a bed of cotton under it. The standard micro size with 1.5mm works best with cotton threaded through it.

How high off the deck should the coil be? I am trying to figure out why there is a lack of the full flavor. It is also producing a bit less vapor, not bad, but less.

I've never done a nano. I think they usually put a fair amount of cotton bedding under the coil, with the coil resting on it or pushed in a little. Even with a nano set up well I've heard the flavor isn't as good.

I line my coil about even with the airhole, so the airhole points at the middle of the coil. Generally, moving the coil down a little makes for more vapor while raising it up makes for more throat hit. I think right in the middle makes for a good balance of flavor, vapor, and hit.

12 wraps will work will to get about where you want.

Thanks Apptiger. I'll likely pass on the Ward and stick to my Sleighride; as an ex-menthol-smoker it just doesn't seem appealing. I will try kicking the mint up a notch on my next Sleighride. I had a sample of Mellon Berry Frost (Flurries) sitting around and I emptied that over the weekend. I don't know if it's a re-order for me.

I'm liking the Bud. 510 or Lotus hybrid connection. Really easy build and fill (though does require an empty tank to rebuild or clean the coil). Not too many bells and whistles as far as adjustable airflow or anything, but it serves its purpose as my cutest, tiniest setup. It shipped with these great thin, dense cotton pads that you just snip and thread through the coil. So much easier than working with a deconstructed cotton ball. I message Elli's to get some details on what it is so I can order more.

BnJ, some of your writings crack me up, and there are times I wonder how you come up with some of this stuff. Bolded was a big LOL for me yesterday.

When I found that suggestion elsewhere on ECF to reduce Nic lvel in the P.M. I also thought it made sense. I have been doing this now for Three Month's and the wild dreams and restless nights have disipated.

I am using two mods and when I get home I put one down and pick up the other. I am using two calming flavors with one that BnJ will recognize - Lemon Cream, and one that ShariR will recognize - Caramel Pear Black Tea.

I am working to reduce my Nic level over time. When I reduce my Nic level for the day I will also adjust my Nic level for the P.M.
