Just dug out my "extra creamy" Cha-Yen cardamom from December 15th. I was on the fence for the first few vapes, and kind of forgot about it. Glad I did. It's really nice now, the cardamom has backed off and blended in some, and the creaminess has really come out to play. Thanks, Shawn, for the tip!

For me this pretty much goes for all juices. I don't think they reach their potential for at least a month and often more. I prefer Sasparilla fresh; other than that, I don't expect them to be great for a long, long time.

This is why it makes me grind my teeth when someone says any given juice "just isn't for me" after a couple tries and a week's time. I couldn't stand JG Blend at first, but now it's a mainstay. Glad I gave it the chance to reach peak flavor.

Speaking of JG Blend........Yeah, I was not a fan of this flavor when I first tried it (about 3 days upon receipt) and even upon retries a few weeks later. It was screaming COFFEE at me and I already had Kent's Blend, so it was like having two bottles of it. It is now 4 months old and I'm digging the flavors a lot. It's smoothed out and the flavors have blended together nicely, like so many of A+'s juices do.

If I enjoy a flavor well enough fresh, that's all well and good. But I really enjoy Ahlusion's juices with age on them, with almost all of them near the expiration date hitting my tastebuds' jackpot.

I wish I could keep it to grinding my teeth. Lately I have been known to froth and spit when I hear someone say "whats all this fuss about AHL, I got mine yesterday and can not stand it and will PIF it in three days."

I understand this viewpoint. I also understand the non-steeper's perspective. If you came to me and gave me some of these fresh Ahlusion juices, with no knowledge of history as to how their juices mature, I'd probably be a bit annoyed with the whole "wait for it" mentality some people display. How long should this person wait? For me, I love 90% of my juices at the 3 month and more mark. I feel it would be foolish if I expected another to love it around the same point. I really don't think the juices change that much, with the exception of Smooth Criminal. Even with Smooth Criminal, I don't even find it unvapeable at its early stages, yet others do. It's why I really don't give out steeping times. You like it when you like it......

If a vaper is not willing to allow the juices to age, it's no sweat from my brow; they absolutely have that right to move along to another's juice that will give them what they need when they need it.

Yah, there are vendors that provide juices you don't have to wait for. 5P comes to mind ;)

Of course, I don't have any problem at all waiting for A+ juices. It's very well worth the wait for me! There are also a number of A+ juices that I like out of the mail, or within a few days. Maybe even the majority.

LOL, I've even steeped "pre-steeped" 5 Pawns liquid. I don't care when it was bottled, it's still sitting after an initial taste test. I have way too much liquid to vape and I'm on a First-In-First-Out consumption system. :D

It also depends on how the vaper is used to buying juice. If someone is used to buying at brick and mortar stores then they expect the juice to be ready to go. Of course you often have no idea how long that juice has been sitting on the shelf. Many longtime online juice buyers know the deal when it comes to steeping.

I agree Ahlusion's juices improve with steeping, but it's not like the difference is night and day. If something tastes nasty to you fresh, I wouldn't expect a steep to magically transform it into something that's great for you. Experienced e-juicers can usually predict how a flavor will change with time anyway (blending, toning down, etc.).

I agree, to a certain extent, but, while I wouldn't say Smooth Criminal is GREAT for me, I do like it after about 8 weeks. When it's new, it is the most foul, rank, nasty thing in the world. To me. IMHO

Hmm so if I love their juices FOOB then what? Only one of 7 so far not great FOOB for me, and this is at 70VG.

Anywho, I submitted a ticket about the elusive Lemon Vanilla Cake. I was just like hey, how can one go about getting this? If not, I understand - after all, it isn't on the menu. But on the same token, if you don't ask, the answer is always no ;)

LOL! That's a pretty crazy turnaround. Makes me wonder if I should reorder stuff I have labeled foul, rank, and nasty in the past. :D

Curses!
Up 'til now, I'd managed to dodge the fraudsters. But I just reviewed my latest CC statement, and found a mysterious charge from BLS*WEBLEARN... ST JULIANS. FYI, stay vigilant, shoppers.
No! I too had fraudulent charges from weblearn a month ago and had to change cards yet again.
