You guys keep telling everyone that this is such a great vendor. I ordered 2 30ml bottles of ccw which I like but I asked for a free sample of the cuban and never got it. I did say thank you. My main question is. Do vendors know who we are when we post on here. It seems they do. I chopped up some of their juices and no sample.

It seems very suspicious to me. This is the third time this has happened to me. Where do these vendors get this info?


Some other juices are marked as not being available as samples. None of the aros are available as samples. Other juices are available as a sample if you order $20 or more of juice, not including XPress juices. Read the sample policy.

Wlad doesn't follow ECF and I would seriously doubt whether Alyssa does either. They really don't have the time.

I've never not received a sample I requested but I know it says in their policy that you have to spend the $20 before shipping on custom eliquids and "and pending availability and order load" so I'm guessing sometimes there are reasons they can't include them.

I think their sample policy is quite generous, and they are very upfront about what you have to do to get the sample.

On another note Lime Cream is delicious! Wow! I expected to like it but I didn't know how much. I've been using it for two days straight!

OK - the sale is still on this morning - I want to try a fruit/tobacco - what's the concensus? Wildwood or Rivertree? I haven't kept track, since I was focused on other flavors.

I have the Cherry River Tree on my wishlist based on what others have said. I hear more good stuff about the WW though

I am not complaining. I did order enough, even after the double discount, and I even changed my order and made sure the Mango Colada was available as a sample. But I do think their sample policy is very fair and reasonable. Just because I did not receive one is disappointing, but NOT something to complain about. Everything is just so good!

Not anymore, I don't think. I used it last night, and tried again today and it said it was expired (and I just got it yesterday - so it should have 14 days left)

I went back to check to see if I could order again and my coupon code had expired. Again, that is FINE!! I did use it once so not really fair to them to use it again. I have enough coupon codes coming and so much juice I will just restrain myself. :facepalm:

The first time I found out they could be used more than once I went crazy ordering like an order every other day. Recently I used it twice a few times when they had a sale AFTER I ordered.
Oh well no biggie, I get an order a week so I have a coupon code available every week.

Since I only have two bottles of Ahlusions and two half empty samples I did take advantage of the sale and my coupon. :) Bananas Foster, more Strawberry Shortcake, Lemon Cream, and CPBT ordered.

So, I was going to place an order to pick up a couple more flavors and take advantage of the sale and my coupon. Started looking through my stash and realized that I have 6 10ml bottles and 3 30ml bottles that I had not even taken the shrink wrap off of yet. Not counting the 2 60ml bottles of Smooth Criminal and Caramel Black Tea that just arrived today. I am going to restrain myself. Maybe lock myself in a room away from the computer. :D

You have to double check the flavor you are requesting and make sure it is available as a sample.

No, Ahlusion does not know who you are on ECF or any other forum. Ahlusion does not like or participate in any forums. Nor do they advertise for new customers. They are also the only vendor I know that will recommend other vendors to you. They have a very unique business model and it works for them.

Sorry, but when someone is pessimistic and their glass is always half empty its impossible for a vendor to make them happy. You placed an order and got what you paid for. Do you like the juice? Isn't that what you were after? There have been times that I've not received a sample. It is a courtesy, not a promise. They do get busy and sometimes can't do a sample that is available at request.

Vendors are the same as forum members. You get a nice response when you're nice. We're all people behind these screens. Yet you start your post by blaming your problem on us for saying that Ahlusion is a great vendor? They aren't great. They are awesome. I'd be buying their juice if there was never a sale, no coupon, no samples, no free shipping, and they raised the price. They are the perfect fit for me. I'm here for the flavors that aren't available anywhere else. They are that awesome to me.

I feel EXACTLY as you do, on all points :) I am a bit sad though, apparently I ordered too early yesterday morning - before the random Saturday sale, so I did not get a chance to stack my coupon. Oh well - at least I had the feedback coupon.

I feel EXACTLY as you do, on all points :) I am a bit sad though, apparently I ordered too early yesterday morning - before the random Saturday sale, so I did not get a chance to stack my coupon. Oh well - at least I had the feedback coupon.

You should see the discount in your cart when it is sale they are having. After you put the things in your cart and add your coupon code you should see more of a discount. If you do not see the discount refresh your page.

Well said on the first Paragraph but do not whisper No Coupon, No Free Shipping, and Raising Prices :)

I have been plowing through the most embarrassing amount of Caramel Wild Wood this last week. I set a new personal record and I ordered smaller Bottles to replenish yesterday.

Of all the Ahlusion flavors experienced so far, I go on a Binge once I start CWW. In the future I need to order the mid sized Bottles because I get too crazy on the Large :)

One reason I've seen them not send a requested sample besides it being an unavailable flavor/ineligible order is when it's requested without the details. Make sure when you ask that you specify your desired ratio and nicotine level. They don't go and look up what you usually get or any of that-they don't have all of that information available in the mixing area.
