I've steered clear of the River Tree Blends, but maybe I'll give PRTB a shot at some point -- Peach House didn't really do it for me. Of course, between SGP and Peachy C, I'm pretty much in peach heaven as it is!

Peach House is for those that want a peach tamed a bit, but not much else. I have found that the House Blends are pretty much misses for me, except for the added flavors being spot-on. The tobacco merely acts as a damper, almost like having foam under your bass stings--the tobacco takes off some of the color of the added flavors. That being said, with and when they have counterparts in the aros, I have found the you can cut Smokin' Cherries with Cherry House Blend, Peach House Blend with SGP, and so on, to get a juice that is still very much aro, but a much better House Blend. Of course, W sent me a email last night and told me that the PRTB that I had was a reforumalted version, so he still suspects that I would've not liked the originals--I wish he would've told me that about the House boys. But, I would've still needed to see for myself. They aren't bad, just not for this tobacco vaper.

PRTB is much better than Peach House. I'm not a fan of the House line at all. At least request it as a sample on your next order. That way if you don't like it, no loss.

I like Maple House and JG Blend a lot, am so-so on House Blend and Jungle Juice, and not overly fond of Apple House, Cherry House, and Peach House.

Yeah, see the non-aros are not all created equally. If I am not mistaken, the House Blends all come with that tag of "House." JG Blend, not a House boy, was actually incredible--man, I can't wait for the....;)

Yeah, for me, the Aros are for pure enjoyment, SC, Peachy C, and Vecchio are good for any occasion, and the House Blends are mostly for when I'm not in the mood for anything in particular and just looking for something to casually vape.

I had tried Apple River Tree Blend and thought it was okay, but the profile really reminded me of something that Vermillion River would have made.

Hey Tez, so I am vaping on some Vecchio now as I type. When I recently got it, I had to relax and tell myself that the steep would do its thing 'cause this juice just ain't right the first day, or the second, or the third, or, well, I forgot about it for a couple more, then...OMG! When did this happen? This is some tasty, tasty juice. Damn a tobacco! I don't need this to be anything other than what it is. What is it? It's Vecchio. Vurley need not worry, but Vecchio is no slouch in the flavor department.

I bet I can wager a guess... I've gotten pretty good at interpreting Mannglish!

Huh, I could have sworn that JG, Jungle Juice, and Deal Maker all used that House base, but that was just my best guess. I'm not sure if Vecchio fits in there or not, and I think Desperado and Gold Rising use the same base.

Yeah, I love that stuff -- to date, I've probably vaped more of that than any other Ahlusion juice. I've had a hard time describing it, but it's almost got a brightness or maybe a slight bite to it that reminds me of the dearly departed BWB RY4. Definitely needs a little time in solitary before it should be vaped, though -- at least a couple of weeks, maybe three.

I am not sure, but I think SC, DM, PC, JG, JJ, Desperado are all from the same gang; houses all under one roof; and I think River Trees all swim together. I have NO idea about GR, Dulce, Sahara and some of those stragglers. Dulce reminded me a bit of Sahara, but not really. I have talked myself into a knot and it's time for me to unwind. I wish I could holler at you at HQ, but my computer takes over 15 min to make a single action there. :(

Oooh, you've tried Dulce? Any idea when that one's going to be available to the on-line ordering public? The anticipation on that one and Sahara is killing me (and yes, Shatner, I'm still kicking myself in the ... for not ordering it when I had the chance)!

I don't know about when. It's at the store right there to be vaped by anyone who walks in. He said he is still working on the recipe, so I think it is still somewhat in beta.

The thing about Dulce and Sahara are the ease of which they can be vaped. They are not aros, so that is not what is up with them; they are smooth and dry vapes that have no sweetness which, for me, makes them possible for any time vapes. They have more feel to them than taste (if that makes any sense?) Those juices are like your favorite pair of shoes that manage to "go" with everything. I love them, but I don't know if all of us tobacco vapers will.

Tez, your PM box is full.

Dang, those things fill up in a hurry, don't they? Okay, cleared some inbox space.

Ah man, Dulce and Sahara sound right up my alley! I'm always on the hunt for something good and dry to vape in between my beloved Aros!

Kick yourself in the ... harder. I've got a 30ml 6 month steeped XPress bottle. :D Thanks, Mr.Mann!!! *e-fist bump*

I'm also curious about Dulce. Mann, can you attempt to describe it, please?

Edit: I should read, because you already explained it well enough for me to want some. Damn, this is the first time I've ever wished to live in MI. No offense, Michiganites.

You ain't kidding about Vecchio. I really disliked it when it was fresh. So much that I almost tossed it out. That was 5 or 6 months ago. This post made me get it out of my cabinet. Holy crap! It's absolutely delicious now. And man, did it turn dark. Almost like maple syrup. That strange taste when it was fresh is completely gone.

I will admit, I got mine w/ 'mild tobacco'. I should have ordered 'strong'. Oh well. Back then even Gold Rising was a bit too 'tobacco-y' for my tastes. So I was hesitant to get VB with strong tobac.

I don't really 'get' Jungle juice. I've had a sample and a 15ml. It's kind of tasteless to me. What do you taste in it?

I had the same issue with it. I didn't think it was bad, but I thought the flavors could have been a little more bold. I recently got a GP Spheroid (easily the best RBA I've used in terms of flavor), and many of my so-so or muted juices have come to life. It's still not "in your face" or anything, but basically I get a nice, creamy, ripe banana with a mellow tobacco similar to House Blend. I think I still prefer AVE's Gorilla Juice for a banana tobacco, but I find Jungle Juice up to par.

It's now been 3 weeks of steeping and they're finally STARTING to change. Man these are slow steepers, but definitely well worth it. So far, I really like all the HB variations. The peach, cherry, and apple are all so real and juicy. The tobacco is mellow but there. They aren't special or unique but still delicious nonetheless. Vecchio is just starting to get good, can't wait till that is fully steeped. JG blend is starting to get absolutely delicious, tastes like real coffee unlike the many other disgusting coffee vapes i've tried. SC, desparado, and DM I haven't even tried yet. Blueberry vanilla cake is very good BUT, i find the blueberry portion is a little too tart for me and the flavors are all very separate and easily discernable, not blended.
