I have never, not once, had a flavor that tasted SO real. It is like taking a bite out of the real thing, it even feels that way. Not overly sweet (which I like) and it has a really refreshing flavor. For me, honeydew has a sensation in my mouth that feels kinda dry in the background even when the melon is really juicy. Unbelievably, so does this nectar. Clean, fresh, clear honeydew.

Wow. Now back to your regular programing while I vape myself into a melon stupor.....

You've convinced me to try this on my next Ahlusion order. Thanks for the tasting notes!

Ooook...now that brought back some memories..I think I have that on my Ipod somewhere. LOL

I felt so naughty about playing that! I took it down and left up enough suggestion of what was there. I love the line after "I'll call before I come" when Dre said, "No, after you!" hahahahahahaha

NOW the pumpkin spice latte tastes EXACTLY as I'd hoped. Zero harshness or bad pepperiness. The born on date is 9/23 and today it is perfect. I can taste the pumpkin and spice, it's dee-licious. But the Cafe au Lait and the Tiramisu have the same born on date and they are not yet there. So Time is important for these juices. And while today they aren't ready, I feel pretty confident that all my others will reach this point, and I will be as delighted with them as I am with the PSL.

And despite Mr. Mann's annoyance, it was helpful for me to ask other Ahlusion users their input about what I was experiencing. This was the first time I'd tried this merchant, and this thread IS all about this particular vendor.

So, the steeping advice helped? I wasn't "annoyed" by you, I was just pointing out (and said) that aside from steeping advice, no one can really ever tell you what it is that you are tasting. It is not like, "oh, if you see a red spot on the coil then that means you have a hot spot." I really didn't mean to come off as condescending, and I am deeply sorry if I did (I think I am a somewhat nice guy:blush:). You do have to understand that it is quite difficult for anyone here to ever really say much more than let the juice sit and wait it out.

Look, one time I tried some juices from Ahlusion after I began to hype them (back when it was hard to find anyone that had tried them) and I got juice that seemed WAAAAAY off. I contacted the the big homie Wlad immediately and we worked very closely to get down to the bottom of the problem. As it turned out, 3 out of the 4 juices only needed to steep, but one actually was off. One of his tobacco batches for Devil Dog didn't cure for the appropriate time and he agreed with my assessment and in turn replaced my bottle free of charge. If I had not gone to him directly, it would not have been rectified. When in doubt, ask the maker. However, you are as much welcome to this thread as me or anyone else here that wants to be.

As has been stated at least daily in this thread, time is your best friend when dealing with Ahlusion. The bottles are packaged in a such a fashion that until you crack the top open, the steeping process doesn't begin. That is quite unique to them and it can also bring about a score of different opinions as to which is the best time to vape. I never in a million years would have thought anyone would like SC as a juvenile delinquent, but the Steeptress herself, Eleanor, actually does.

p.s. At least Ahsluion doesn't need to steep as long as Vermillion! 2 months and counting! It's totally worth it, but DAMN!

Good that you weren't annoyed;) I would have contacted Wlad, but he seems like such a nice guy and has been so busy, I thought I'd float my issues to you guys first. Two days ago he did rectify a gear issue I had immediately, however. I just was starting to freak out, okay?!

You know, sometimes it is difficult to remember where everybody starts out, and where we (I) came from. I have the unfortunate problem of treating people (sometimes) as if we are all at the same point, not just on the same page ;). Take it from me (I am positive I can speak for Wlad on this), he and his team yearn for your responses whether negative, positive, or just inquisitive.

p.s. It's good to have you on board.

Yay Terri! This is wonderful news :) I felt -so- bad for you (unlike the deeply uncaring Mr. Mann; he of the baby shaking and kitten flinging fame) when you posted the other day.

Also I'd like to publicly thank Wlad and Alley for going above and beyond. It's really past the point of calling it "customer service". You guys may remember that I stupidly LOST my Melon-berry Frost. Well, guess who replaced it? Yep. Awesome, right? Thank you Wlad & Alley for re-centering my universe - you're the best.

PS Dracula's Desire smells -amazing-. I'm seriously excited about this one.

If you guys aren't going to fight, I'm going to bed

You nailed it! I think I am making up for lost time tonight. Man, I forgot how this forum can have its hooks in you. I just looked at the clock like . All you west side kats are looking at your clock like .

G'nite.

That is what keeps us coming back...well, that and the wonderful flavors. That is too awesome and I challenge any juice vendor to compete and care that much.

p.s. You all realize that the man reads this thread, right?

And may I take this opportunity to say what a stand-up guy Wlad is? I have never ever come across another vendor who genuinely wants customer feedback, the good, the bad, and the ugly, to that extent. Most of the time when I have contacted a vendor (whether juice or equipment), I have gotten the vibe that I'm cutting into somebody's schedule or I'm being a pest. I've dealt with several vendors who clearly didn't read my email very closely and dash off some stock answer, or fail to take the time to really understand what the issue is. Wlad encourages us to communicate with him and takes the time to give a thorough response, despite their round-the-clock business. I've dealt with a lot of small business owners and have even been one myself, and it seems that most of them are production-oriented, quality-oriented, or people-oriented. How many times have you said to yourself "wow, great product, but the customer service sucks," or "wow, what a nice person -- I wish their product didn't suck"? Wlad and Alley are among a small minority that I've seen who excel at all of these aspects. They are really doing it right!

I keep meaning to try these folks, and Mr. Mann's positvie posts, along with the others certainly help their cause. I suppose after I finish up about 60 ml worth of ecBlend and another 60 ml of Vapedude's Juice, along with another 35 ml of my Halo sample pack, I might try them. If I did before those are gone, I quite honestly think my girlfriend would flip her lid, even as supportive of me she's been to my quitting analog endeavor. The 2 new eGo Twists I just got in the mail "because I might need them someday" was enough for her to say ENOUGH for now!!!!! lol.
