Yes. :) Sorry, but yes. And for most of them, that 48 hrs cap-off is just the beginning of the ideal steep time.

After you've done the 48-hr thing, re-cap, shake, and periodically taste-test each juice over the next week or two. Some will be quite vapable much sooner than others, but all will continue to ripen/mature/improve with continued steeping. :)

I'm going to pretend I didn't see anything you said past "Sorry, but yes" Fortunately I got fruity flavors so hopefully I don't have to wait long lol. I got

Raspberry Sunset
A Peachy Affair
Son of a Peach(freebie)
Orange Nocturne
Wipeout(Honeydew)

Facebook is good for that isnt it? LOL. Thats why i deleted my page a couple years ago. I've made a new one since and managed to keep the crazies out. Plus if any of them tried to contact my wife she would be cool enough to tell them where to stick it haha.

Wife was cool to me, but I think she emailed the old GF a link to the self help book "He's just not that into you".

I opened a facebook page for about an hour a few years ago and then promptly shut it down for the same reason Moueix described. I clicked on something facebook-related a year or so ago, and to my dismay, nothing had really actually been closed out, and my entire account was still there. I hate to say it, IxJxOxHxNx, but if you've ever opened an account, they own you. If you've ever read Faust, it's pretty much like making a contract with Mephistopheles.

As for the Vivi Nova vs. RBA chat, one hasn't replaced the other for me. I tend to use wick and wire RBAs for certain juices and more for taste-testing (along with atties for dripping), whereas Vivis are for certain others, and in some cases for more long-term juice commitments. For some (most really), I like a bottom feeder with an LR 306 or Shifu slant-coil atty. The moral of this tale is that it's good to have a variety of delivery systems in your arsenal depending on the juice, your mood, and whether you're vaping around the house or on the go.

LoL i like the analogy there. Yeah i have a Vivi Nova and a Smok RBA but that is full of another juice atm. Vaporgod's Juicy Fruit, which is like the only fruit flavor i like. Im in a co-op for an AGA right now too but i wont get that probably till December since they want the manufacturer to make some changes so it is more reliable. I have some Boge carto's and CE3's too but i really dont use those anymore.

If you can't wait, just vape them, but don't vape it incessantly. Move through the flavors in such a way as to give you time to see that they do increase immensely in depth of character. If you don't plan on having all the juices vaped up in a matter of two weeks, you will see what we are talking about.

Someone tell me what to expect with steeping Smooth criminal. I have had the cap off two days and let sit another day before trying it today. I think I like this stuff already!

Important news about Smooth Criminal:
Everybody seems to like it at different times, so, proceed when it works.

I am in the long term steep camp on that one. :( But, time moves quickly when you got many bottles at different ages.

I have to believe this is true. Looking at the order numbers gives me an idea of sales volume and I can't begin to believe he can apply the same level of communication to all of those orders. There just aren't enough minutes in a day, unless there are a dozen Wlad clones working round the clock over there.

Essentially there are, though, not "dozens." Wlad is not the only member of team Ahlusion that answers emails, but once you begin to develop a rapport with the company and start getting specific about juices and such, he will be the one you are receiving emails from. Most people in this thread are frequent purchasers and Wlad knows most of us by our real names and forum names, though, with that, I don't know how -- I guess he cares to.

Daniele, I grow to love you more and more each day. :D:laugh:

MMMMMmmmmmm, Cava . . . . .

Awwww.....why thank you darling Eleanor, I couldn't share the sentiment more! And I think we need to add something to your "Steeptress" title....we need to make room for "Shake-tress" as well. :)

Thanks Tez! This is helpful! I ordered some more vivi's at the same time that i got the Phoenix RBA, so it sounds like I will still end up using both. The whole bottom feeder, slant coil, supercalifragalisticexpialidocious stuff confuses the crap out of me...so I haven't gone there yet. LOL

So, I have seen a couple of times people commenting on how fast this thread moves. Anyone ever do a count per day? Yea, like we have the time to do that...

I remembered this morning that I get a daily summary of the thread posts. It contains a count of posts for the last 24 hours :thumb:

10/27 - 157

10/25 - 33
10/24 - 190

Today I received an email from Wlad that at first glance would really seem odd if I wasn't paying attention. I knew what it was as soon as I read it, but I wanted to share the gist of it. It was a simple message to Alley, but not addressed to her by name. It was very short, but in those few words there was a level of love and respect that caused me to share my story with Wlad in a response and to send him a picture of me and the Mrs.

Of course after the first email Wlad promptly sent me a follow-up email letting me know that while he is fond of me, the endearing term (pet name) and message was not for me, :)lol:) but it sure made me feel good.

 I really don't require any titles. "Lady Eleanor" works just fine for me. :p:laugh::cool:

It just strikes me that, the more of your posts I read, the more I think you and I have in common! :toast::wub:

My pleasure! Switching to a bottom-feeder was the "ah-ha" moment for me with vaping after years of fits and starts and seemingly endless frustration and it suits my needs to a tee, but I'm not one of those "what's good for the goose is good for the gander" people that we see so often on ECF, especially when it comes to equipment. Whatever makes you enjoy vaping is the best device out there, whether it's a $300 hybrid or a 510 cig-a-like. If you do ever decide you are interested in bottom feeders, don't hesitate to ask me or any of the other satisfied and well-educated Vmodians in this thread. We'll be happy to do some demystifying for you so that you can do some bottom-fed, trouble-free "mistifying"! :)

I'm very interested in bottom feeders, but every time I try to research it I get more confused. Can you shed some light? You can pm me so as not to derail this thread! Thanks so much!

I saw her first, Dainele! :grr::glare::laugh:

Fear not, dearest Jeremy, you and I will always have . . . (which one of those doggone threads was it, anyway?:laugh:) -- um, we will always have each other. Yeah, that's it!

The story of us (well, some early memories): http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...hake-shake-shake-your-juices.html#post6255881

The funniest part of all of this is how it came full circle. Read from 10 though about 25 and you will see what I am talking about. That was from 5/31. Another funny part is Daniele was right there.

In our vaping life that was a long time ago, though in the reality it really wasn't that long ago. I have come along way since those vaping choices. Luckily, my taste in ECF members remains impeccable! ;)
