Has anyone had Desperado? ZN, it would probably be best to keep with the non-aromatic tobaccos -- that seems logical.
No, but have some coming. Might try House Blend, it is great after a long steep.

I think I'm ready for Sandy.
Hope this looks ok come Wednesday evening.
Sounds good but don't forget batteries for the other stuff. Set aside some water jugs for drinking - Local supply could get contaminated
Plenty of gas for the grill - They work great when the power is out especially with a side burner. Fed the family for three weeks once.
If you have a boat and generator you are probably ready but don't forget a roll of visqueen and an assortment of fastners. Bungee cords, nails, etc.
Probably wouldn't hurt to have some spare lumber around too. Couple of sheets of plywood and some 2x4, 1x6, 1x2 type stuff
Duct tape
Ice for coolers if you have a full freezer. It will stay good in there for a couple of days if you don't open the door. The ice can help save some of it.
If you have big windows to enjoy that view and stuff starts flying around, hang a quilt or blanket over them from the curtain rod at the top, tack them in if you need to. Lay something heavy on the bottoms and let them drape. They won't stop anythig serious but will act a bit like a big catcher's mitt and catch glass and some other stuff that might blow in.
Make sure you have at least a weeks worth of meds- if it gets bad, local pharms may not be open for a while.
Candles generate heat and eat air in confined spaces, they also burn a lot of houses down when people fall alsleep. Flashlights or battery lamps are better.
Make sure all your vehicles are tanked up, if you are on the strong surge side of the storm and are told to evacuate, do so.
Do not run the generator inside or even in the garage. The exhaust fumes sneak up. Make sure it is secure as thieves may take it.
Might not hurt to put some things in ziplock bags if it looks real bad. Think Driver's license cereditcards and cash. Won't hurt to have some cash either.
If it is bad, reach out to all your neighbors. Eveyone will have something diferent and different experiences. Together you can overcome a lot.
Sorry to ramble and sound preachy but I am unfortunately "very experienced".
Edit- sorry to preach on but secure everything outside (I noticed the chair and birdbath in the pic, beautiful by the way). Patio furniture loves to take flight.
Oh absolutely!!! Sorry, there are so many awesome people that it's hard for me to keep up.
Dear Mr. Wlad (again x2--creepy stalker monkey much???--There's one that probably made LisaL's head pop right off when she saw that one!)
I have a new lil buddy..her name is Laura. She needs something extra special. I need some unicorn dust and fairy glitter wrapped in your finest Sleigh Ride so that she can get the perfect feeling of a winter wonderland. No Reindeers needed. No, I'm serious. NO reindeers. Santa would not be pleased and reindeer poop a good juice does not make.
It's 1:43am and I seem to have lost internet access, so now after I beat the ever loving crap out of my internet cable box-a-ma-thingy, I am going to copy paste this and put it up tomorrow. My lack of sleep seems to be making me delirious...and O...M...G this means I don't have Netflix..I am actually going to have to watch cable now??? Great job cable company!! Way to tinkle on my posting parade.
Now...I gotta put this back on topic. I am missing the SleighRide. I ran out and have ordered more. There is something about vaping a fantasticly superb mint juice when it's cold and the chill just seeps through your sinuses and down your throat...it's like standing in a wonderful snowstorm and looking up at the clouds while you make snow angels and you get all chilly and laughter peals out because for that one moment...you have not a care in the world..it's just you..and quiet snow drifting around you so peacefully. THAT is what Sleigh Ride is for me. Just thought I would share that..but can't because no internet..no copy paste for this post until my internet wakes the heck up.
Good night everyone!!!
CM- best review of Sleigh yet and I feel your pain. New supply here on Wednesday maybe Tuesday.
Back on topic- I'd like to see what Wlad could do with a key lime/pie flavor. They have the best lime on the planet.
Back to reading, only 5-10 more pages to catch up
